A-1 Quality Roofing

A1 performed an inspection and a couple of repairs. These appeared to hold well. He also attempted to repair a leak around the chimney, telling me if it didn’t work he would come back and make it right. When it was not fixed, I called, texted, and emailed. Then I called, emailed and texted. All of this with no response to my messages. Finally, we had to call someone else to come out and repair the leak around the chimney.
No integrity. Does not stand behind his work.

*posted for my mother-in-law who doesn’t have gmail* Nathan came out to give a quote and was able to put a roof on the next day, replaced rotten wood, did the job right and it looks amazing. Cannot recommend him enough.

Answered the phone on the first call. Just 2 days after the hurricane came through. Great, friendly, honest, quick service.

May 16 will be 2 years since a metal roof was added to my house. Since then, my son in law has found many problems. The biggest being that where there was supposed to be sealer, pretty much none was applied. Because of this, water has been going under my metal roof onto my old roof.
Then there is the problem of how the water runs off my roof. There is nothing to catch the water. My son in law made temporary adjustments.

As far as the appearance, my friends four year old could have made it look better.

Why am I just now saying anything? Because I am still in disbelief that this company came recommended by Angie's List. Beware of Angie's List and beware of this company.

It was quality roofing. Very professional. I never thought a roof could look this good. WOW. I would highly recommend this company
