We are now three months into owning our home, in part, resulting from the help and meticulous detail of Greg's home inspection. We contacted him based on advice from a trusted colleague. It was not a mistake.

We utilized this service about a year ago. We received a detailed copy of our inspection along with pictures. My concern is he did not inspect the attic area on either section of the house. He said the roof didn't feel spongy so the attic should be fine. I was speaking with an appraiser who said that it was illegal to not inspect the attic. We feel like although we got what looked like a thorough report, things were missed or glossed over for convenience factor.

Greg is thorough, answers all your questions, and very knowledgeable! We have had him inspect our last 3 houses and gave us great, reliable information and advice for each house, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I live in Colorado and saw that Greg had made a posting about sulfur smell in sink water. I had a plumber come out and tell me that I should pour Chlorox down the drain and that should fix the problem. I called Greg when that didn't work and he generously spent time on the phone with me trouble-shooting the problem. If I lived in Wisconsin, I would definitely use his services.
