First, the quality was excellent. Anything else doesn't matter if your roof leaks. They did a fantastic job on my roof, which was shingles, and my brother's roof, which was metal.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. That is rare with contractors, and they never missed a commitment.
The price was very good. My insurance adjuster even commented that the price they gave was a very good one and that they must be honest people given that there have been lots of storms lately and many contractors are raising their prices extremely high as a result.
The final price was exactly what they said it would be with no surprises.
They warranty their work for 5 years. That isn't a hollow promise. I called them and asked them to check something on the roof (which turned out to be no issue), but they came out the next day and looked it over. They never acted like it was an annoyance to come back out.
Finally, they are very friendly and easy to work with. They are always professional, but these are the kind of folks you'd go hunting with or have a drink with or have over for supper.
I am recommending this company to everyone who will listen.

Jacob and Josh were amazing. We found an awful leak which required extensive damage control and a new roof. I called five companies and they were the most responsive, personable, and prompt. Josh spent a lot of time and energy helping us understand our options, he spent 2 hours (at 7pm) meeting with our insurance adjuster to ensure the right decision was made, and he answered all my questions about material options. The work was promptly finished and was personally inspected by Josh. So grateful for our experience. Thank you Jacob and Josh. Highly recommend.

They did an awesome job replacing the roofing on my home and two out buildings. Very professional and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. They use quality singles and inform you if they encounter any problems instead of racking up surprise charges. I highly recommend them.
