We hired Jonathan to remodel three bathrooms. He is very skilled, flexible and efficient. Impressed with the quality work at a reasonable price and with his recommendations to save cost and still achieve the results we were looking for. The first bath was the oldest part of the house with many challenges and the result are fantastic (after pics attached). We highly recommend Jonathan for your project. Nice work!

We had Jon Wish turn a bedroom into a laundry room. We have a ranch house. He did a fantastic job. My wife is very happy she doesn’t have to go down to the basement anymore. Jon Wish did amazing work in our kitchen by removing the old existing sink & galvanized plumbing with a brand new stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, cabinets and beautiful laminate countertop. My wife and I are very pleased with Jon's work and would definitely recommend him to other customers that need a General Contractor. We will be be requesting Jon's services again!

We had 212 construction tear down a sun room and put up a four season room. They were very helpful with giving their opinions using certain materials and ideas. They were within their estimate, on time and stayed very busy. We are so in love with our new room and the quality of work we will be using them again. We would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you 212.

Jon did extensive repair work on our >100 year old home in preparation for its sale. He repaired the deck and its railing. He restored windows which had dry rot, repaired plumbing issues and drywall repair. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The cost of all work was pre-determined, and any variation was due to us making changes in the work requested.

In our new home, Jon tackled a major remodel that took almost 3 months. He worked with us as we developed the design. Walls were removed, stairs were moved, new plumbing and electrical installed, window moved, kitchen cabinets installed, exterior siding matched and repaired and all the extras that these projects entailed. In the design phase, he had numerous valuable insights to enhance the function of the finished project, and, when appropriate, to save money.

His workmanship is excellent. He was punctual and kept on schedule. We found him trustworthy, working in our home while we were gone to work or out of town.

We recommend him without reservation, and will use him in the future for any work we may require.

212 recently completed work in our home; from relocating the water pressure tank and installing a new filtering system to remodeling both bathrooms upstairs. There is nothing we have requested to be done that Jon was not able to complete. This is our third time 212 has completed work for us. Drywall replacement, electrical, installation of entry door, plumbing has all been of exceptional quality! Always able to fit in all of the little jobs when other projects that are bigger are keeping him busy, and with a smile! Very contentious, and trustworthy. Will always be my first call when needing work done!

Jon is extremely conscientious, timely and knowledgeable. He not only understood what we wanted but added some great touches and fresh ideas.
He was trustworthy to have in our home and was surprisingly fast for his attention to detail and perfectionist touch. We love the cozy basement he put the final touches on, the wood stove and the new windows upstairs. And totally within the budget! If you get the opportunity to hire him, you won’t regret it.

Jon, just recently removed and installed a new hot water tank for us, which works wonderful. A neighbor recommended Jon and we decided to give him a try last year. In 2018, Jon did a great job on installing a deck floor on our screen porch, installed new commodes, raised the height of our bathroom sinks, installed a wet bar, assembled a Murphy bed, installed lighting under our kitchen cabinets, installed a new outside water faucet, and installed a new turn off water lever for us. Jon, is very easy to work with, prompt, reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. We will DEFINITELY use him again. Thanks Jon!!

Jon has done many projects in our home! He has dry walled, plumbed, installed tile, installed new doors, remodeled the bathroom, put up shiplap, and remodeled the garage. My personal favorite is the custom made barn door that he made! We have used Jon for several years now and we have never been disappointed.
