Customer feedback presents a mixed sentiment regarding the company's services. While many customers commend the quick response times, professionalism, and effective communication, others express significant dissatisfaction due to aggressive sales tactics and perceived overcharging. Positive reviews highlight the company's dedication to resolving issues promptly, even outside regular hours. However, serious complaints about the accuracy of diagnoses and the pressure to upsell services have raised concerns about the integrity of their business practices. Overall, the quality of service may vary significantly depending on individual experiences.
- They called Saturday around 2:00 pm and were at my house around 4:30.
- They worked hard and got the leak fixed.
- They came out to fix the leak late on a Sunday night, tarped it overnight and came back the next day to fix it.
- Chris was quick to respond and worked hard to solve the problem.
- I would not recommend requesting a quote from this business.
- They are extremely aggressive in forcing their service on you from the first phone call.
- Further demonstrates why this company was so aggressive in wanting to do any work in the home without interest in fixing the actual source of the problem.

These guys are terrific. I had a leak that started this weekend. They called Saturday around 2:00 pm and were at my house around 4:30. They gave an estimate based on what they suspected as the issue with a roof vent. As they started to work on it they found it was a bit more extensive. But still honored their original estimate. Because of how much more effort there was they spent until about 8:30 (originally thought if it was just the vent they would be done by about 6:15). So they worked hard and got the leak fixed. Very happy with their work and how responsive and professional.

Signed up on Angi and was called within 30 minutes of my request. They came out to fix the leak late on a Sunday night, tarped it overnight and came back the next day to fix it. As with a lot of leaks they are difficult to narrow down. They came back out a week later and identified the problem, solved it and offered to give me a quote for re-roofing the entire roof, (which I need) told me they would credit me the entire amount of the repair on my roof replacement quote. Chris was quick to respond and worked hard to solve the problem.

I simply can't recommend this company. I spoke with Chris last night about a small roof leak and he said it would likely be $1000 - $2000 which was relatively high but seemed reasonable based on the fact that the issue was not fully known at the time. I scheduled to have someone come out at 9:30am this morning.
They arrived at 8:30 and fortunately my barking dogs woke me up. They went up on the roof and quickly found the issue. There were a 4 cracked shingles and 2 exposed nails. They took a few pictures, showed me the issue and then called Chris at the office to get a solid quote.
He called me back within 3 minutes and said it would be $3500 to repair. He stated that it would take at least 3 sheets of new shingles (that's 300 square feet of shingles by the way) and a few ridge cap shingles.
I told him that I thought the price was far too high for the amount of work that needed to be done. I told him I was going to get at least one more quote. He said "Let me see if I can get you a discount". Then he just said "How about $2700". I said I still wanted to get another quote because that seemed far too high still.
His guys leave and then he calls me back about 20 minutes later and says "Ok, how about $1700 cash, under the table". No thanks buddy. I'm not putting myself at risk of a lawsuit and still paying too much. In addition, it's obvious that his initial quote was way too high if they can still turn a profit at $1700. I guess he thought he had me cornered because it was raining out.
I had already gone up onto my roof and taken pictures of the issue and sent them to another company. They gave me a quote of $600 - $1000 at the most based on the pictures. They'll be here tomorrow morning. In the meantime I've put a small temporary patch on my roof using $10 of wet patch.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
