Scotty built us our dream home. He really clicked with our ideas and adapted our plan to a result that was beyond our exceptions. He was creative and thorough during this build. He surrounds himself with good people that are as concerned with perfection as he is. Zufelt Construction Services handled a major remodel of my new-to-me house. ZSC is easy to work with, always timely and transparent with billing. The attention to detail and quality of work performed by their own craftsmen and their contractors was fantastic. Painting, flooring installation (hardwood, tile and carpet), new counter tops, electrical and plumbing upgrades - they do it all. On the few occasions where things didn't go as planned (i.e. material delays, covid impacts, etc.) work arounds were put into play to keep the process moving and to keep me happy. ZCS has great insight and ideas, too! We put our heads together and came up with some additions / changes to my original ideas that turned out absolutely amazing and are some of my most favorite things about my new home - including a new tile gas fireplace, metal railings for my stairs and new granite counter tops from remnants for pennies on the dollar.
I would never have known where to start, who to call, or what all really needed to be done to get my house to where it is now - let alone have time to manage it all. I felt completely confident and at ease with ZCS at the helm and handling all the scheduling and management of the various contractors who came through the house to complete the work. Everyone was incredibly professional, polite and friendly and I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed.
I have every intention of utilizing ZCS for any future work (i.e. plans for replacement of deck, siding work and new windows at some point) and now that they are experts on my new home...they will be my maintenance contractor going forward to keep my house happy and healthy for years to come!
