We finished recently used ZN to finish our basement. Zac and team were responsive and very thorough. I was impressed with the time and detail they took throughout the quoting and planning process - something that other contractors did not do. This is the second time we have used ZN Construction. This second project was a big one - demolishing our old deck with corner pergola and two unsafe staircases to build a new screened in deck complete with new stairs, door, lighting, fan and gutters. The team was there every single day - much different than other contractors who you never know when they are coming or going. We had a major water damage in a sunroom that resulted in the whole room essentially needing to get rebuilt. What a mess!

We recently bought a new home that had some roof issues and solicited a few bids to have it replaced. Out of the 3 bids, ZN Construction was not the lowest but he offered premium materials and warranties we were looking for in this size of a purchase. Zac was able to start the job very promptly and the crew worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. Toward the end of the roofing job, we all examined areas of the roof that needed a little extra attention and those were taken care of immediately. I was impressed with the clean up from the crew, they were very diligent in sweeping the area around the house and especially the driveway for nails and debris. Incredibly happy the previous issues are gone and the look of the GAF HDZ shingles look great. Now I probably need to paint in the spring so the rest of the house looks good. I hired ZN Construction to completely remodel a bathroom, including new floor, drywall and all new fixtures. I am President of a 72 unit condo association and we contracted with Zac for the first time this year for several larger, and a couple of smaller jobs after trying many other well known contractors. Zac, Eric, and Ryan from ZN were BY FAR the best! They did an awesome job, did quality work on time, for a great price and were friendly and responsive! They will be doing alot more work here! I chose ZN Construction because they are locally owned by a young family in town, which feels extra important to support. They came in to install and in-wall AC unit on the second story. They were quick, clean, and super friendly! The job was done well, and very efficiently. ZN Construction did some repair work for us. I was very impressed with their work. The two worker continually explained their process. They very pleasant and polite and cleaned up when they finished.

I contacted Zac for a quote on replacing shingles on my roof. I could tell that he has more than just an interest in his customer's projects. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and in producing a quote. He was very patient as well. Unlike some other vendors in the field, he did not push me for a decision or try to up-sell me.

We hired Zac and his crew to completely gut and remodel a full bathroom. It was a fairly complicated job based upon an interior designer's plan. ZN Construction did a perfect job with it. But more than that, the communication from Zac about the project was great, his crew was very attentive to keeping the house clean, and all were friendly, trustworthy and reliable. After several meetings with various contractors, we chose ZN Construction to work on the expansion of our kitchen into the breezeway. Zac (owner of ZN Construction) was the most professional, patient, honest and trustworthy contractor that we met with and the work he and his team produced exceeded our expectations. There were a couple of things after the project was completed that we weren't 100% happy with (nothing that was their fault) and Zac immediately responded and corrected the items with no questions asked. We hired ZN Construction to upgrade two bathrooms with granite countertops, sinks and faucets. The kitchen needed the same along with a new backsplash. When there was an issue with the granite that was installed by the fabricator, Zac went to bat for us to get it replaced quickly so we could finalize the project. From the initial estimate process through final clean-up, we had a very positive experience working with Zac and the ZN crew.
