Jeremy did a fabulous job painting my garage floor shortly after we moved in. The guy works really hard and is always on time. He also found that one of the cables on my garage door was getting frayed and replaced that for me as well. Really honest and easy to work with.

Zambeck construction is an extremely high integrity organization. Tom and Jeremy do amazing work! They are very precise and detailed in the work they do. They are efficient because they design work methods as they go and have the right tools to get the work completed quickly and accurately. We couldn’t be happier with what they’ve done.

Tom Zambeck - I fully paid him everything he billed me $109,000 for remodeling a bedroom and a bathroom in waimea. He simply left the job site with my materials, and stole about $51,000 of overpaid and unfinished work. He walked away of the job leaving everything barely with sheetrock. Nothing finished. He stole our money and took my very expensive materials, about $20,000 of materials. He has serious anger management issues and seems uncivilized. He has done the same to several people in the Waimea Community. He uses his poor son to the the job. Tom is clearly a thief.
