Yancey Roofing and Waterproofing

I just closed on my home in July and the roofing certification was done by this company. Not even a full month later there was a leak in the ceiling of the my son's bedroom. I contacted the company and was told someone would get back to me, he had to "figure out" who completed the inspection at my house. Months pass and I did not receive any service. I didn't call back right away because the leak stopped, but came back with a vengeance! I again contacted the company and was told someone would be out before the next rain...... Its rained 3 times since. I called and now since he recognizes my number, he didn't answer. I sent text messages and emails. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. This is the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!
