Had this company come out two weeks ago and repair two spots on our roof here in Cypress. The only problem was when the rains came last week the areas leaked. I called right away to Jon the sales guy and when he did not respond I called the owner Mike! Mike promised me a week ago he would have his crew out yesterday, which was Monday. I called Mike on Saturday and Sunday and left messages on his phone and Text! He just blew me off! I made the mistake of giving this company $1800 in a check, that they cashed the next day! I should have used a credit card and paid the 4% so I could have controlled things. This company is dis-honest and they don’t care about finishing the job right! Now I have to find another company to make the repairs that this company could not do! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I gave them a 1, because you can’t go lower than that!
