Amazing experience with Andrew Krotter and Lydia Fuhrer with Wm Krotter Auto and Marine. I was in the market to replace my 2018 Toyota Sequoia that was unfortunately totaled in an accident. I was searching nation wide and found a 2022 Toyota Sequoia in their inventory. After several dead end efforts with other out of state dealers.... get this, one in Florida attempting to tack on 6K in "mandatory" dealer fees, I shot a message out via the add in AutoTrader. Andrew reached out to me directly. Immediately I knew I had found the right person. He was professional, cordial, to the point, and not shifty. I spoke to my frustration with the process, practically begging for transparency. After exchanging some photos and me expressing interest, Andrew stated it bluntly.... This is your price, no extra fees, nothing hidden. And he stuck to it. Lydia handled the financing, again with courtesy and a professional attitude that was lacking at other dealers. They even held the vehicle for me, as it would be a few days before I could make the 6 hour drive to their dealership. I arrived with my family in tow, found the vehicle in immaculate condition, fully detailed, parked with the keys in it ready to go. 30 minutes in the office and the deal was done. If you want the absolute best dealer experience, its worth a trip to O'Neal Nebraska.... You will not be disappointed.

Great experience with these guys! I started my search for a nicer used Jeep gladiator a month prior. Did a search of over 750 miles on popular car search websites and traveled to over 40 dealerships in person. When I found this 2022 Mojave gladiator I fell in love but knew it was out of my budget. I finally gathered up the nerve to call Krotters and boy was I glad. They gave me an outstanding trade value on my 2019 Jeep wrangler and were willing to negotiate a price difference on the one they had. They even delivered it right to my driveway! I live four hours north of them in central South Dakota. 5 stars! This was easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made.
