My husband and I were wanting to get our windows cleaned on our home. In the past, we have cleaned the windows on the first floor before, but we have a two story house with a very high roof and due to safety concerns we were unable to clean the windows on the second floor. Can't get us up there on a ladder to clean the windows that high (Lol), so my husband said let's just hire someone. So I Googled, clean windows and Window Hero was the first name that came up. I noticed they have a 5.0 star rating. That always gets my attention. That is what I look for when I want to hire anyone to do work on our home. I called Window Hero and was able to get an appointment with them, outside of Albuquerque right away. I met Donovan the technician who pulled in with his truck that had the Window Hero logo on it. He had all the equipment needed. Donovan was very professional, polite and easy to talk to. He was also right on time. That's a plus. Donovan got right to work and cleaned all the exterior windows on our home. We had requested this time that only the exterior windows be cleaned. Donovan did an excellent job. His customer service sold us on Window Hero and we definitely plan on calling them again to come back and clean our windows again. Again, Donovan is just a great employee and genuinely cares about his customers. Great service!!! We highly recommend this company.

We are a cleaning company specializing in daily interior commercial janitorial and waxed flooring services. Our client needed exterior power washing and window cleaning, inside and out (not our forte). I reached out to Art and Donovan at Window Hero. Very quickly, they had a reasonably priced estimate for us and, luckily, were able to fit us into their schedule short-notice. Our client was very happy with the results, and so are we. We will definitely call upon Window Hero again and will recommend their company without hesitation to anyone asking us for a good power washing/ window cleaning company to call in the Albuquerque area.
