Our condo building had moisture issues in the masonry walls pushing into the building damaging interior walls. We had numerous companies come out to do roof repairs but none of them corrected the underlying issue. Bob from Wickright was able to pinpoint the problem and had an innovative solution. They have a passive ventilation system that allows moisture to exhaust from the ventilated parapet cap. Bob and his crew were great. They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after. Bob was very good communicating what was going on throughout and followed up with us long after the project was done. We now have dry walls and couldn’t be happier. Bob Kelly is absolutely THE person you want for water intrusion issues in your home. He is extremely knowledgable and thoughtful about repairs and recognizes that each issue requires a custom strategy. His work is high quality, creative and effective. He knows what he is doing and is undaunted by tricky issues that might scare away other contractors. We contacted him originally for assistance with water issues around our windows. It took him many months to actually begin the job, but once he did, the work was impeccable and we have not had an issue since. Most recently, he has helped us with masonry repair and preventative venting to address water issues on both the south and north elevations of our home. He contracts with people who, as he does, do only the highest quality work. He oversees all aspects of the project and communicates regularly with clients for the duration of the job . While this most recent repair has just been completed, I have full confidence that he has repaired the issue. I am going into the winter undaunted by whatever extreme weather might come our way.

The only area for improvement I would suggest for WickRight is tighter communication with clients around job start dates. They are extremely good, and they are often called into emergency situations that they could not foresee. As a result, clients in their queue who have less urgent issues can get bumped from promised start dates, sometimes for months at a time. I understand this, but I would appreciate proactive, rather than reactive communication from WickRight about delays so clients know what to expect. When clients deposit with you for a job, perhaps spell out up front that although a start date exists in the books, it is subject to change should emergency projects arise. Perhaps adjust pricing to compensate clients for a start date that you've missed, especially if the job is significantly delayed.

This being said, Bob Kelly and WickRight will be our go-to for any water issues we have in the future.

My 5 unit condo building had a water intrusion issue that no one, and I mean NO ONE could figure out. We spent years, and thousands of dollars trying to solve the problem and got nowhere. Enter Bob Kelly...the guy is a water intrusion savant. He diagnosed the problem, invented his own fix for it, and did all the work. Everything always took a little bit longer than expected, but Bob and his guys were always super nice and professional. You'll be able to find other contractors to get things done quicker and cheaper, but if you definitely want it done right the first time these are the guys to call, no questions asked.

Buyer beware. My condo building put a deposit down with WickRight in the fall and they still haven't come out to do the work on the building (it's now March). They have provided numerous "start dates" and when they don't show up to work, there's another excuse. First our project was next in line, then third in line, now there are four or five projects ahead of us.

I can't comment on the work itself, because there's no work to comment on.

If you're interested in a roofer that actually wants to work and complete your project on time, I highly recommend going elsewhere. WickRight has been nothing but frustrating to work with and Diane will provide excuse after excuse and no action.

I found WickRight because they have been doing projects all around our neighborhood. These guys are rock stars! Diane, with whom I spoke first, really knew her stuff and their products. Bob Kelly appeared the next day to estimate the roof work. Clearly, they had spoken because he knew exactly what we talked about. WickRight wasn't the only company that I spoke with and it was obvious that this wasn't Bob's first rodeo. We discussed different approaches to the repair, costs, and within a couple of days I had their estimate. 2 weeks later the work was done. On budget. By the way, their crew was impressive. They were fast, clean, courteous to my neighbors, and my roof leaks were solved. I highly recommend WickRight.

Our condominium has been working with WickRight to resolve a water intrusion issue of unknown origin. After months and months of trying to find the source, we met WickRight at an exposition. Their help and the team of experts they coordinated finally found our problem. It is difficult to coordinate multiple vendors at certain times of the year because the seasons dictate when trades people are busy. Since we have found the source of our issues and can now resolve our problem, it was worth the time and effort that went into having WickRight coordinate this project. I highly recommend them. The vendors they work with are also quality trades people, which makes a difference as to how your project is going to turn out.

Diane and Bob have been extremely great in helping me to understand and manage our water issues. Diane was busy but did find time to carve out for my many questions and what if's. I am completely impressed by the level of support and expertise shown to us and will recommend them.
