The employees have zero idea what they're talking about. They will sell you anything they can even if it's not what you're looking for. Tried to return an item & was told we could just for them to say that they won't take it since it was used. GO TO ACE OR LOWES!!!

Honestly, you can't find better prices or better people. I live 30+ miles away and even though we have a building supply less than 6 miles away, my local supply has never had anything where white bluff has not let me down at all. I always check around 3 places and nobody has bet these guys prices. At the point I won't even waste my time elsewhere!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. 100% false advertisement. I was given dilapidated falling apart rusted out tables. Chairs covered in paint and missing pieces of plastic that looked like they had been outside in the elements for years. They shorted me on chairs so I didn’t even have what I needed for my event. They didn’t have what I had originally rented either. I couldn’t even use the chafing dishes I rented because I was told the incorrect amount of sternos after asking an employee repeatedly. Do not give these people your money. I’m very disappointed with what they did.

The staff is very helpful and the owner is literally one of the nicest people that I've ever met. This is truly a hometown building supply that has pretty much everything you could need

Highly recommend! The presumed owner of the establishment, 'grandpa', deftly helped me identify a solution to my toilet problems. All while knowing I stared at all the wrong equipment in an attempt to not ask for help. He managed to educate someone who was pretending they didnt need it, saved me money at his own expense, all while not patronizing me. Will go back for further education!

The employees always help me find what I'm looking for. They are always polite and knowledgeable of their products. Love this place

I absolutely love this place! The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. The prices may be a littler bit more vs home depot or lowes but id rather drive 2 minutes to WBBS than 30+ to Home Depot to save a buck to two.

We found this place driving down the road, they were unloading beautiful plants that I have been looking for. We bought 3 flats and saved about 40.00 compared to shopping at Lowe's, bigger selection than Walmart. From now on this is our go to for beautiful plants and reasonable prices.

I thought being in a little town this would be a friendly store and there may be some that work there that are but I wouldn't know bc everytime I go in I have an older gentleman standing over me while I'm trying to do my shopping.
The first time I went in I thought it may have been a rare occurrence but I've been there three times and all three times I've had this older gentleman stand by me as if he is afraid I'll steal something and today I had two ladies and the older gentleman watching me. A lady asked if she could help me as soon as I walked in so I told her I needed primer for metal and she directs me to the area and tries to give me primer for wood and when I challenged her about it she pointed to a lady beside me and said she knew more but she didn't and then a gentleman walked up and said a particular one would work and when I picked it up and started reading the back to make sure it's exactly what I needed he walked behind me and was acting like he was straightening a shelf, right behind me.
Look if you all are that worried about someone stealing then you should start a less worrisome business. Every time I've been there I'm the only customer there and I see why. You would get more business if you minded your own. Allow ppl to shop and if you lose a cpl of thing in the process that's terrible but I garauntee you would make up for it in volume. No one wants to have someone hovering over them while they're shopping. I may have needed more items but I couldn't wait to leave.
I won't be back and it's unfortunate bc it's very close to my home but I'll drive to The Home Depot next time, at least there I just get asked a bunch of times if they can help, they don't stand there and wait for me to get my items and walk me to the register. Oh and I thought maybe it was just me until I asked my wife and friends and they all said the same, that's ridiculous ppl. I think you all should do something else like maybe security somewhere since you love to watch ppl lol.

Great folk, eager to help. Gave me a cheerful refund on a piece of EQ.. I couldn't get it started, turns out it was my error, but they didn't question it, just smiled and said... "sorry you had problems".
