Mr. Kenny and the other gentleman I didn’t get a name for did a great Job servicing. We called the day before and they came the Next Morning and were very professional and kind. They replaced our water heater and we now have hot water again!

I had an emergency with my kitchen plumbing. I called Whatley plumbing and they answered the phone and they came over within 30 minutes they had other jobs but they said that they would take care of mine before they did anything. I had three guys come out. They all three got along so good they acted like best friends they were there to help the other. The fellas names were Kyle, Randy and Jeremy. I will always use Whatley Plumbing from now on first to call first to come out gave me a great price total 100% satisfaction.. they clean their mess up. And when they left everything was perfect. I trust Whatley Plumbing.

We needed an old farmhouse bathroom plumbing redone so a family who was displaced by the Jan. 12 tornado could use it. Although they were booked up for the day they got to us around 1:00 and worked for 3+ hours so the family would have a bathroom to use. They also installed the kitchen faucet I was working on. Very professional, hard working, and reasonably priced.

So they told me the wrong size tub altogether that I couldn't get my money back for because it was bought from a discount place. Then they charge me for the price of the new tub which was 350. Crooks. But it's all good. Nothing good ever comes from evil. Gina is super unprofessional and as the owners wife that's a bad look. Never again

They took a 3 day job and it's been almost 2 weeks and still not done. My mother has cancer and been waiting since January for a handicap shower. . The owner is rude. Their mailbox is always full. Two days we sat at home all day with no call or no show. Men were pulled off job midday for other jobs. This company's owner is not at all professional. I would never suggest this company to anyone, ever.

Harold Whatley agreed to redo plumbing and some tile work, showed up to take the deposit, then didn’t show up again for weeks. Once they finally got started, I told him about a few things his crew was doing wrong (like doing the opposite of what we had agreed on) and instead of fixing it, he packed up his crew and left without a word, and hasn’t been back and hasn’t refunded anything I paid.

12/23/19 - Whatley Plumbing - dealt with Kevin and Brian on the plumbing side and they were great. They were very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. They were called for a second opinion and were very helpful. They provided information but did not try to hard sell us. They made some corrections and laid out a follow-up plan just in case the corrections didn't work. They were very respectful and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with them and would not hesitate to call them again for our plumbing needs.

Whatley Plumbing has come to our aid with emergency issues on several occasions and his team is always professional and courteous. Recently requested an estimate for work and was pleased that they came the same day to review my project and give a reasonable estimate. Recommend.

These guys are fantastic. Had a hot water heater go out and needed a fix fast, Kevin and Brian came out and replaced it just the day after inspecting it. Super knowledgable, friendly, and down to earth guys, at very affordable and hard to beat rates. 10/10 would recommend.

I went over every small detail of our plans for remodel, and Mr Whatley didn’t listen to any of it. After damaging our home and me having to make them redo things several times, I fired them and told them not to come back. Now I have to find someone else to fix their mistakes. Hiring him was the biggest mistake I could have made. I’m glad I fired him before things got worse. He took 8 months to ruin our home when he originally told us 2 weeks to make it perfect. Do yourself a favor and RUNNNNNN.

If I could give a -5 rating, I would. Mr. Whatley promptly showed up to give an estimate, which seemed reasonable, but NEVER promptly showed up to do the work as he said he would. When my elderly Dad called to inquire about it, after Mr. Whatley was a NO-SHOW for
the SECOND time/day, Mr. Whatley became angry, spoke in a very disrespectful manner to my Dad, and told him to get someone else and hung up the phone in his face.

Would not recommend these people I am now in the process of fixing the damage they caused in my bathroom by putting wood trim around the inside of the bathtub and now it is moldy and has to come out if any one wants pics I can send them to you all you have to do is ask for them I already have the photos on my phone!!!!

We had an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon. I called this company and Mr. Whatley was at my door in 25 minutes. I'm not joking. Within an hour, he had the problem fixed. The original plumbers for our home cut a few corners that they shouldn't have. Mr. Whatley not only got us back up and running in no time, but he took the time to replace the plumbing issue completely. We're very pleased with the service we received. Mr. Whatley was both professional and respectful. He's a delight to chat with, and we would definitely recommend his company for your plumbing needs.
