Western Roofing Installations completed a major roof replacement on my house. They replaced the clay tiles and underlayment with new concrete tiles and new underlayment. They also resolved a major issue with the interface between some front patio beams and the roof tiles. They removed the old built-up flat roofing material and replaced it with new quality torch-down material and underlayment. They applied two coats of while rubberized coating. They added some additional roof vents, replaced three skylights and one garage whirlybird exhaust
fan. I am extremely satisfied with Western Roofing's performance. They were professional, technically competent, courteous, communicative, reliable and punctual. They cleaned up at the end of every day. They even came over at 4:30am one morning to place some protective tarps on the roof due to a potential rain that was not forecasted. Western Roofing has a "KB2 Dual Residential and Small Commerce" license as opposed to a lesser "CR-42 Dual Roofing" license that most other roofers have. This KB2 license allowed them to perform some structural construction and repair, including beam replacement, cricket installation (to allow drainage from a low spot on the roof), and some facia board installations. The contractor that replaced my roof many years ago did not make these changes and I had roof problems ever since. I highly recommend Western Roofing to anyone wants a high quality roof replacement experience. They were price competitive with other contractors when you factor in the extra value that you receive.

They were able to save me a ton, and get me the best price available compared to other companies that quoted me THOUSANDS more. Highly recommend. Don't even hesitate.

After the big storm on Sunday July 14 I walked outside to discover broken tile on my driveway and looked up to see loose tile hanging precariously near the edge of the roof waiting to come crashing down. This was a huge safety concern, if one of these tiles falls on your head, game over. I was so happy to get in contact with Dalton at Western Roofing Installations. With all the damage around town he was still able to come the next day and got on the roof and re-positioned the loose time so they were not in danger of falling off the roof making it safe again. Even while performing multiple jobs he and Eddie were able to repair my roof in a couple days and at an affordable price. When I have future roof issues I will be calling Dalton and Western Roofing Installations. Highly recommended.

Dalton and his crew replaced my office roof and replaced a few skylights at my home. Highly recommended, they were quick and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the replacements. The prices were competative and reasonable.
