West Ridge Builders, a local Moab company, replaced my hail damaged vinyl siding with Ascend 12" Board and Batten Profile composite cladding. This product is aesthetically pleasing and has no visible seams. During the planning phase, I was provided with all my options including appearance, performance, costs, and availability of various products. The Ascend composite cladding is an amazing product and we are thrilled with how it looks on our home. The professional installation performed by the owner (Lee) and his crew (Michael and Rachel) was amazing. During the installation phase, the crew showed up early every day and worked hard all day. They answered my questions and showed meticulous attention to detail. This is a professional crew through and through. Thank you, Lee, Michael, and Rachel for your hard work. We genuinely appreciate it.
Lee is my go to builder! it all started with a fw closet doors that needed widening and now anytime I need something around the house done, he is who I call. He always takes the time to talk through the project and the options I have, giving advice when I need it and again options! He is always on time, prepaired and communcates well. He is also a great community member, saying "hi" and taking time to shoot the shit! My kinda handy man!
Our experience with West Ridge was excellent. We had hail damaged vinyl siding removed and replaced with Hardie siding, plus some minor other improvements.
The process was seamless from the beginning to completion. Lee gave us all the time we wanted initially in order to make good decisions, and helped us plan and decide the myriad of decisions that were necessary along the way. We are very pleased with the results.
Lee, and his crew, were very respectful of our property, and of our sometimes naive questions. We very much appreciated their attention to detail, as was evidenced throughout the project and the results. Lee's suggestions really added to the quality and look of the final result.
We will use West Ridge again if the occasion presents itself. Lee made the process a pleasure while providing a quality service.
