Hired Welch to build a house shell on top of a very remote mountain. Most contractors would not even consider the job due to the location. Welch stepped up, took on the job, and far exceeded my expectations. Very professional and thorough group. During the build they encountered hurdle after hurdle, again due to the location, and every time came up with the perfect creative solution to keep things on track. Quality was top notch. So thankful they helped me build my dream home.

Excellent quality of work and professional attitude. I was very pleased with Matt and Brian on the quality of work restoring our 18th century home's water damage and old termite damage. They always kept me informed of the situation. Even though the work got into more than planned, when complete, the cost came within the pre job estimate. Also when finished you could not tell the difference in the original vs new construction.

The great folks at Welsh made major repairs to several parts of our deck. We discussed the project fully before the start, approved the estimate and the workmen were skilled and completely professional! The work was completed quickly and clean up was perfect. The quality of the work was exceptional. It was a great experience beginning to end.

Thank you for the extra care with the termite worker under the house. With the paper, the lid, and the fan, I think things went very well. We vacuumed and mopped the floor when they were all finished (which needed to be done anyway) and I felt no ill effects. So that was a very good outcome, and hopefully all the termites will be taken care of too.

Thanks for your extra care. It means a great deal to me.

Tim, Janeen, Matt, and Jason have helped our family for many years. When our children were young they built an extension for our home giving the kids much-needed space. As the children became teens, Welsh Construction renovated our kitchen, creating a large island for them to do homework centrally, and installing a second smaller fridge (how much can two teen boys eat?). They've also repaired smaller issues - a set of front steps that rotted, a bathroom vent fan to eliminate mold, a door that began to hang crookedly, etc. Their materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and when inevitable problems arise they make sure they are handled to our satisfaction.

This is the best construction company I have ever worked with. There is no one else I would ever let work on my house again. They handled my job in the most professional manner from start to finish. We recently completed a months-long project with Welsh Construction. It was a major renovation: a deck, three bathrooms, kitchen improvement, basement work, painting, etc. The results are stunning!
