Had our heat and air working like normal in an hour. Will use them for all other issues. They were very kind and arrived in a timely manner.

A part on my unit failed but instead of properly diagnosing the unit they just put more fluid in and left. I had to call them and have them come back out to work on it again. What should have been a 3 hour job turned into and 8 hour job that cost me over $1k.

Edit to reply to company: you chose to charge for a service that did not fix my unit. You can word it however you want, that is the bottom line. You could have easily said, "hey it looks like that wasn't the problem, you won't be charged for that", but instead you chose to put me in the red, instead of standing behind your work.

Tell me this, what is to stop a company from "trying to fix" a unit multiple times to rack up charges for a customer? You should only be charging for the work that actually fixed the problem, or you are rewarding failed labor.

Used several times this summer for AC problems on rental properties. They were outstanding on timely appointments, service & prices. I will continue to use them.

Can not recommend this company. I was told they would be out in the morning to look at my ac issue. After waiting most of the day, I was told they wouldn't be out at all and that they would be out in the morning. Well they had no problem lying to me once, so I had no reason to believe them the second time. I called Houton air and they came when they said they would and had me back up and running in less then 30 minutes. Welling service is just not dependable and the service guy was rude to me after telling him I was disappointed after waiting all day for him, and that he didn't communicate to me that he wouldn't show at all till 3:30 pm. Bad!

I was very pleased with the service I received on my air conditioner. The staff is friendly and Cody did a very thorough job working on our unit. We will definitely use them again in the future.

When you’re A/C goes out in the middle of summertime, you go into panic mode. These guys calmed every nerve and got us completely taken care of with a new unit in just a couple days! Very friendly and very professional!
