Predatory practices of showing up in a neighborhood after a slight hail storm. We have a clearly displayed "no soliciting" sign that they blantaly ignored.

Further, they failed to pull a soliciting license of the town that I live in, which can result in fines.

If they fail to pull that permit, what else may they fail to do?

Paul and the Weatherguard team are great. In the past, they helped my dad navigate insurance to get the roof on our family home fixed. Getting my dad’s trust is not an easy thing to get, and that speaks volumes of the value they bring to their customers. Being so helpful in the past, I asked Paul to look at my roof. Paul and Marshall showed up and did a thorough inspection. Professional as always, they pointed out spots that may need attention in the future, but reassured us that our roof was actually in good shape. Honest feedback like this is so refreshing as a customer, especially when dealing with your home. Everyone from Weatherguard has been professional and kind to my family. We worked with Weatherguard and James Sudderth to get quite a bit of our house exterior repaired including the roof, gutters, exterior paint, garage door, etc. We had quite the hailstorm hit our neighborhood, and James was on it with getting things moving. Weatherguard managed the claim with our insurance company to get it all covered, and James made sure that all the trades got the work done that needed to get done. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of work, and the fact that we didn't have to do anything with the claim.

Don’t use this company. Just find another and save yourself the stress of dealing with them.
It’s been a year since we used their services and I’m finally level headed enough to leave a review.
Every part was disappointing besides their initial promises. Communication -terrible . Invoicing - terrible. Scheduling - terrible. Work - terrible. Elevation process when we were done dealing with the issues - terrible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolute nightmare dealing with them! It took them 5 days to reroof my house and after that it had so many issues that I'm still dealing with them to fix (6 + months). I had to pay my lawyer to get involved. I've wasted so much of my time dealing with them. Don't make my mistake!

Zeb and the Weather guard team were awesome to work with and followed through with everything they said they would do. They handled the insurance claim and required no funding until the job was complete and passed city inspection. Zeb went above and beyond to make the process go smooth. I'm happy to have used Weathergaurd Roofing for my hail damaged roof replacement.

These guys were great. They worked with our schedule and got everything done very quickly. Our solar panels were back on the roof in a couple of weeks due to their scheduling. Also, Zeb was fantastic. He even helped with a question while he was on vacation. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Paul was amazing! Explained everything and put a couple temporary patches on our roof so there would be no leaks before replacement. In the day of replacement he stopped in several time throughout the day to check on the job and when the roofers were done Paul did a final walk of our property to ensure all trash and more importantly nails were cleaned up! Installation crew was amazing as well!! If needed again I’d call Paul!

The Weatherguard team that worked with our HOA and insurance company was very professional, personable and tenacious. A great deal of effort was required to deal with the insurance company. It took time, but Weatherguard ultimately got everything we needed from our insurance company to replace our hail-damaged roof and gutters. I have no doubt that they will be in business for years to come. The work was completed on a very efficient schedule, with the minimum of inconvenience to our homeowners.

Weatherguard is a great company to work with for your roofing needs. Two of my clients have used this roofing company and they had wonderful results. From the sales reps to the regional manager, their customer service, communication level and craftsmanship are exceptional.

Drew Mathern and the Weatherguard team did a great job on our roof. They did everything that they said they would do without question. The cleanup went smoothly and well done. I had a bad experience with these guys for our roof replacement due to hail damage. Initially the rep or project manager said, I will be dealing with him only. He will take care for everything. Later his billing department start threatening for putting a lien holder on my property of I don't pay the full amount which I was waiting from insurance. The contract was to finish everything and then pay after all the approval. They hang up the call on me when I called to clarify.
After completion of the work, I made the payment within a day. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise to keep yourself away. There is so much lie with this company.

Tyler took AMAZING care of us and our roof looks so great! Hope to not need them again but it’s Colorado! No questions on where we will be going in the future!

Weatherguard has been a great company to work with, Connor, Alex, and David are excellent communicators and really care about their clients. They get busy but they always follow through.

Brad with Weathergaurd was easy to work with and explained the entire roof replacement process and warranty clearly. The work crew installed the roof quickly and were polite and professional. Overall the process went smoothly and we ended up with a beautiful new roof.

Gutters were magically scheduled to be replaced the after 3+ months of waiting right after writing the review below. So if you are waiting for a response from your project manager after days, weeks or even months of waiting - I have the solution for you! Just leave a negative review - you'll be on the schedule and communicated with quickly.

Weatherguard - if you are not happy with the above statement, just communicate with us. No update is still and update and keeps us out of the dark and pretty satisfied.

Communication has been an issue pre contract signing.

Gave them a chance to remedy, and I’ve been disappointed almost every step of the way.

Had a review up originally but took it down as a show of good faith towards the company but man I should’ve just accepted the fact that communication with clients is not something this company values.

Just fix my gutters that were brand new a year ago that you damaged and replaced with a lower quality, doesn’t match and is already failing! I’ve been asking for an update since February 4. False promise after false promise for updates and repairs within a week or two, then months pass and we still have nothing!

Everyone involved with our roofing and repair job at Weatherguard was excellent! Got us scheduled and taken care off promptly and professionally. Extra thanks to Tye , the salesman on our repair .

My Weatherguard (WG) contact was Tyler. He presented professionally and was very knowledgeable regarding my project. He saw the big picture, and moved the project along in a timely manner. We discussed everything before and as the project progressed. I was not pressured at all into any aspect of this project. I received quotes from several companies, and I feel I made the right decision.
Project: I had new shingles installed on my home and garage. New gutters were also installed through WG. Arrangements were made through WG to paint the wood part of my home.
Project Completion: The completion date was exactly what I needed. Tyler worked closely with me to make it happen. We have had some snow and rain issues; however, the project progressed without much hindrance.
Personal Note. Tyler and several of his crew helped me maneuver my yard and vehicle... I have some physical impediments. So helpful and such gentlemen.

We needed a new roof in order to sell our previous home. Tyler Jenkins from WeatherGUARD helped us accomplish this goal. He evaluated our needs while working within our budget, lead us through the process, and oversaw the work from start to finish . Tyler lead us through the whole process and dealt with the insurance. When we need a new roof for our new home we'll be calling WeatherGuard and asking for Tyler

My guy TJ tried to replace my roof hisself, he didn’t know what he was doing, wrecked the whole bit. So many leaks it was Niagara Falls in this piece. My wife big mad, threatening divorce and shi. My experience with WeatherGuard was absolutely fantastic! Not only was the repair done promptly and professionally and got the job done right, but they also handled everything with the insurance company quickly and with as little headache to me as possible. Highly recommend Weatherguard. We got hit by a major hailstorm that resulted in a new roof, paint, and gutters. They handled it all and the house looks like new. They even spent months going back and forth with my insurance to get the needed funds when the insurance quote came up short. I couldn't be happier. Tyler Gran with WeatherGuard did a great job helping me through my roof replacement after the 5/10/23 hail storm last year. He was very attentive in spite of the usually long process of working with insurance companies and county inspectors. He has also assisted me more recently in getting me a speedy solution for some siding repair and badly needed painting of my house. Tyler has been a pleasure to work with.

We had the pleasure to work with Tyler Gran and his team and they went above and beyond our expectations. Ty was responsive and took care of everything from beginning to end. I can't recommend him enough.

Stay away. Will never recommend. I was "sold" snakeoil and will be filing complaint with CO state. The job was done in June 2023, it's April 2024 and they haven't fixed any of the damages that they made (shiners, broken siding, damaged fascia, roofing nails still on ground. Left toold in the gutters, Etc).
These guys promised a few things that never even were done like new screens for the windows, painting un finished or damaged surfaces that were suppose to be repaired.
They were suppose to cover my hvac when they were working but that wasn't done either, they started working a day before they were scheduled, have showed up with our scheduling, they ate my only pear on my tree and just have had a very negative experience with them. And with out fixing any of the problems they continue asking for payment when I keep asking to fix it before I pay them.

We did not have a positive experience with this company. The local representative was super conscientious in our initial conversations and arrangements. But within 2 weeks of the roof installation, a major rush of water was coming through the kitchen ceiling drywall. Thankfully we were home and could put buckets on the kitchen counters to catch the water. We learned that the roofing installation team made an error in reconnecting a A/C condensation hose that should have been located outside but was left inside the house and was leaking into the house instead of draining outside. We felt that the project lead/foreman should have caught this error when they inspected their roofers work but we experienced a sense of rush and limited resources in managing the project.

Additionally, we had issues with the skylight replacement. Our rep was coordinating with the roofing crew leader to fix the issue but that crew foreman didn’t show up on the time/day we had established with our rep. No communication was provided about the missed appointment (our representative was overseas on vacation). We went back and forth until it was resolved several weeks later.

We did not have trust in this company based on the roofing experience and requested that we hire our own team to replace the drywall and restore the kitchen ceiling after the water damage. Thankfully they gave us the green light to use our own drywall hanger etc.

Our gutters look great, but the install crew was in a big hurry to finish. We had to insist that they stop working at our house after dark at night. They had resorted to wearing headlamps trying to finish the job. This experience did not give us confidence.

It was a calamity of our errors! As another reviewer indicated, it appears that the management of this company isn’t working together and communicating with each other or the teams directly responsible for the work. Plus not enough direct supervision with the jobs.

We asked to have our reimbursement $ amount for the drywall repairs taken out of the sum we owed, but they insisted that they could not accommodate our request because of legal and insurance reimbursement protocols. They requested that we pay the entire amount before they would reimburse us. We resisted paying them for several months but finally acquiesced. Still waiting to be reimbursed the money we’re owed. It appears to be another communication issues between our rep and the accounting department.

James Sudderth provided exceptional customer service and communication throughout the whole process. He made sure all of the products that were to be replaced were exactly the color and specifications we wanted (including the VELUX skylights). James called me anytime he received an update on the progress of our claim or install. He was onsite during the install to make sure the work was being done according to his high standards. James followed up within an hour if I reached out with any questions. If you want your roofing project handled by a true professional, I highly suggest you get in contact with James Sudderth.
