We had just purchased our new condo in Orange County and our patio area originally from the 1980s was in dire need of a remodel. We hadn't been able to use the outdoor space because it was falling apart and dry rotted since we moved in. The deck also wasn't built properly and pests were getting into our house from under the deck because it was fully exposed to the outside. After doing some research, I reached out to We The People on Yelp for a consultation and got a call back from someone quickly. We were thrilled We The People was willing to work with us even though we had such a small space.

They asked us for more details of our project and set up an appointment later that week to send out one of their project managers. We were well taken care of by Tom who listened to what we were envisioning, our needs, and our timeline. Tom gave us some suggestions and even provided us with a handy photo he mocked up quickly of our space of what it could look like. Tom also showed us some past projects that were the same size as ours or used the same materials so we could get an idea of what it would look like in an actual space.

We decided to rip out our old, decrepit deck, level out the ground and slightly slope the area so it was flush with our sliding glass door but also promote it to drain properly into the greenway. We decided on some lovely stone pavers with black polymeric sand and a wonderful river rock border to give it some additional visuals and additional drainage.

Tom was then able to put together a proposal and contract on the spot so we could look it over with him so we were clear on the work being done, the materials, and answer any questions. What we also appreciated is they could start the work the next day! We had already had consultations with several other construction companies but after this experience, we knew we wanted to go with WTP.

Ori, the supervisor, and the crew came by the next day and quickly demolished the deck and over the course of the week they had done all the work required with high quality and very fast. We appreciated how well both Tom and Ori communicated with us throughout the process giving us updates, asking for feedback, and making sure we were well taken care of.

The results were amazing! The area looks so warm and welcoming now and we know the high quality of the craftsmanship will last a really long time. We can now properly use the outdoor space for gardening and a future outdoor play space for our future little ones. We would highly recommend working with WTP and we look forward to working with them again on our next renovation project.

We The People Construction has been soliciting all over our neighborhood with door hangers. I personally told their representative on camera not to leave a flyer at my home, yet he completely ignored me and tossed the hanger onto my driveway anyway. That’s not only unprofessional — it's disrespectful.

Our experience with We the People construction was perfect and actually enjoyable from start to finish. Our project manager, Sagi Gelman, met with us initially and did a thorough evaluation of what we wanted in painting our two story house. He was pleasant and enthusiastic and, more important, he was with us through the entire process. If not actually on site (and he frequently was), then we communicated via texts. He kept us informed on what was to happen each day and very promptly answered every inquiry we made. He wanted to be sure that we were satisfied by everything. The other man we worked with frequently was Bryan, who helped us with our paint color choices and any other problem that came up. Like Gelman, he was unfailingly pleasant to work with.

The project was swiftly and efficiently done. The work crew (all good) were on time and worked until that day’s project was complete. We were always informed when to expect them.

Both Gelman and Bryan made sure that anything we were less than 100% happy with was promptly taken care of. Even after they were finished and fully paid, they responded to one small problem that popped up and took care of it very quickly.l

We have had many construction projects and know all of the irritating things that can happen during a project. I can honestly say that none of those problems occurred with We the People and recommend them without hesitation.

We had a "surprise" leak in the bathroom after we purchase our home in turn key condition, i wanted 3 estimates to be able to make a decision, their salesperson was very nice but gave a really high estimate, like really high, did not put in writing and wanted his "insurance" guy to take over so we can "sign" that we get a new shower/bathroom, i do not think i can trust when they will not put estimates in writing... others companies had no problem putting things in writing, always get 3 estimates

Had my old, worn-out shingle roof replaced by We The People Roofing and Solar, and these guys knocked it out of the park! I’ve got a 1,500 sq. ft. house, and they tore off the old roof and installed brand-new architectural shingles in just a few days. Fast, efficient, and right on budget—no surprises.

Finding a decent contractor is always hard to find. I've had my fair share of horrible contractor experiences. WTP has changed my perspective on trusting a contracting company to do a great job the first time without any hiccups. Mor and Matt were great to work with. I'm big on constant communication for my home projects. I do not like to wonder about when the next time someone will come over to do the job. I was happy with how quickly the work was scheduled, especially considering it was around the winter holidays. Person that called to scheduled appointment was extremely pushy about having both homeowners at the property at the time of the inspection. Was a little rude when I stated that both homeowners would not be home.
There is no need to have both homeowners at the property unless you are sending a "pushy salesperson" to get your client to Sign on the Spot.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jordan and his team over the last 2 months remodeling my house. Everyone is so talented and pride in craftsmanship is visible from the precise cut line of merging paint colors to the thoughtfulness of lining up the seams of wood panels. The painting, wood floor installation, and electrical work are the best I've ever seen.

The team is friendly, communicative, and clean, traits I've not often experienced during home improvements. Mr. Jordan Taylor though, is the true star. He has an easygoing manner, is beyond friendly, offers smart suggestions, and most importantly commands outstanding attention to detail. Jordan is the real deal. We brought WTP in for a simple quote for a semi-custom wall unit, knowing that we had a lot of eventual remodel goals in mind to take care of over the next several years. We ended up sharing these hopes and dreams with Liron as the week went on and he helped us dream about the possibilities and of obtaining the funding to do these projects sooner rather than later. But because of extenuating circumstances that took us a few days to consider and take into account, we realized that we had a couple of other priorities we had to put in the forefront and it was just not the right timing. After having spent numerous hours meeting during the week, we had to request to cancel our contract for a major remodel and not move forward for the present time.
Our 5-star rating is because the other owner, Ben, was so gracious regarding our needing to cancel the contract, even though they had already started moving on acquiring the necessary crews and some of the material. He understood our situation and graciously offered an alternative option to help us meet the most dire need out of our remodel, but we still had to decline because of the timing and extenuating circumstance. Ultimately, he closed off our contract without giving us the grief or pushiness that we know other companies would have.
Essentially, you could see from their other reviews that WTP does quality work. From our review, please know that they also are very ethical people (perhaps not as common in this industry as we the consumers might hope for) who really try to help meet their clients' needs. This characteristic is probably also reinforced by how timely they get their projects done, according to many of the other reviews. Their timeliness also appears to be more rare for this industry.
I think, if ultimately their quotes fit within your budget, you will find this company rather trustworthy and worthwhile going with.

My husband and I are first time homeowners and we were very apprehensive about starting our much needed home improvements. When we called Liron and his team, it felt like we were invited into a family. We talked about our wants and needs for our home and they turned it into a reality. We added on quite a few projects and Liron was always quick, knowledgeable, and efficient and had the crew out working within the next day. We had a front walkway added, backyard pavers, a patio cover and artificial turf installed. We also had our kitchen counters replaced all in a span of a week and a half! The quality of each project left us speechless. Each team that Liron had come were professional, friendly, and very quick. Corey, the project manager came over daily to check on the progress of each project. We were in constant contact with Liron and Corey and they always answered any questions that we had. The 2 men that installed windows were very professional & polite. They took the time to answer any questions that we had during the install. They cleaned up each room & outside when they were done. Couldn't hardly tell they were here. Job well done.

The installation crew is very professional. They are very considerate of my personal property and they clean up as they work.
