Today two gentlemen from Wayne Cook came here to remove a dangerous electric roof vent fan, Todd and Jessie were here much earlier than I thought they would be, but that was not anything near to being a major issue. They did a good job in replacing the fan motor, which had seen 7 ears of service and was ready to go out from worn bearings. Then, two hours later, even including a trip to the supplier to get the new motor, they had finished the job and were gone to the next one. Good people to deal with every time.

First-rate professionals. They arrive in time and get straight to the job. The head of the team that came to our house is called ‘Butch’. He analyzes the problem or problems before touching the first tool. His work is careful and tidy. He will crack a few jokes. A real gent, knowledgeable about his craft, and a good team leader. No slackards on the crew that came to my house and fixed a problem that had confused two prior electrical companies. I give Wayne Cook’s company top marks.
