Wagler's Gutter & Siding Cleaning LLC

I have really tried to be nice about this situation, but they refuse to make it right. my husband is disabled and can't do outside work anymore, so I spent $715 to get my house washed. that's a bunch of money for us, but I was excited to get it done! even had others asking who was doing it because they want theirs done too. but unfortunately I came home to a green roof! I sent messages that show I wanted my entire house cleaned and was quoted a price. when I told him about my roof he said he dont clean shingles because it can damage, yet I have seen him posting pics of all the roofs he's done lately. I really don't like to complain, but I'm really hurt by this. and feel I've been treated unfair. He told me "the green should fall off with a couple hard rains" well we have had at least 10 hard rains now and it's still green! glad some of you got a good experience. but to those thinking of using them, if you want to see messages I have ill be happy to show you. I waited all year for my tax check to get this done too. sadly my house is a huge eye sore because the roof. this little part in front would have took like 10 mins! would've just took 10 mins to have had a happy client instead of a unsatisfied one. I will be finding someone else to clean it next year.
