Virotect came out to the house twice to look at the damage caused by a frozen pipe. The company was very responsive to calls and quick to come out and take a look. They were honest and even felt we didn’t need as much work as originally expected. I would highly recommend the Virotect company if you are needing home repairs!

I called Ross one afternoon and told him that my washing machine had overflowed. He came to my house about one hour after I called. The next morning Matt was at my house with dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the subfloor. It took a few days to dry the floor. Then Ross came with a crew to repair and replace the floor and drywall and trim. They also painted. They did all of this in about three and a half weeks. Everyone that came and worked on the house was very professional and polite. The house looks great. I am glad I called Virotect Restoration

I would 100% recommend the entire team! I had water damage to my home and called multiple companies for water mitigation and Virotect was the first company to say they could come out same day and start in the same day. All of the employees I encountered were super polite and professional. They even worked with my schedule on getting repairs done to my home due to my Lien holder being a pain and not signing for my money to start repairs. They also do rebuilds which was great because I didn’t have to add to the stress of finding someone! They did not drag the process out. Once they started construction they got it done in a very timely manner. Not only was it very quick but it was very efficient. They made my home feel like a home again and even made it look better too! I’m so thankful I got lucky to have such a great team to make this awful experience better! Thanks guys!!

As a business owner who has faced multiple calamities in recent years, learning from past experiences has taught us a great deal about disaster recovery.

At the end of 2023, our gym business faced an unexpected catastrophe as the restaurant we shared a wall with went up in flames causing irreparable smoke damage to the entirety of our space. Initially, we thought it would be weeks of recovery but that quickly turned into months. Thankfully, from the very beginning, we had a partner with us that kept us going with plans to get our gym back open. The good folks at Virotect, led by Ross and his outstanding team of technicians, helped us through what turned out to be an incredibly arduous process.

We can’t say enough about Virotect and all they did for us, not only in the physical cleanup and eventual rebuilding of our space, but in patiently wading through a maze of adjustors, investigators, claims reps, etc who all had important but very time-consuming roles to play. During the journey from mitigation to rebuilding, Virotect’s willingness to help us navigate this very uneven and sometimes tricky process provided us much needed confidence during a number of frustrating delays that were out of our respective control.

Most importantly, once all of the obstacles were removed from our path forward, Virotect stepped up in a big way and delivered with nothing short of an outstanding effort. Once the actual rebuild was underway, we were so pleased to witness the regular presence of top-notch tradesmen working through every aspect of construction, from framing to drywall, to electrical, to painting, etc. We were incredibly blessed by the rapid deployment of these professionals who worked very hard to complete their segments of this project, each in a timely manner.

In the end, Virotect’s ability to coordinate and manage the planning, execution, and completion of an absolutely beautiful new facility for Anytime Fitness in Arab is a testament to Ross and his entire team at Virotect. Their entire team worked tirelessly to provide us a space we can be so incredibly proud to call our new gym. Thank you, Virotect!

Virotech is a company that can help you with almost anything .They are very quick to respond and offer competitive pricing for their services. Give them a call ! You will be glad you did !

Absolutely never hire these people! They left my dad’s house in shambles to only do the drying out process. After dealing with the insurance company and finding out the adjuster is in their back pocket getting paid for referrals. The adjuster was removed from the case or file involving the claim.

After hiring the right company they came in and found additional wet areas that were never discovered or mentioned. This has led to more serious damages and more work trying to correct the issues. With ViroTech all you get is lies and excuses blaming the insurance company or the adjusters. In addition they had a terrible crew that never did a good job and only to do more damage to what wasn’t to be fixed. The only reason they received a 1 star review is the only option I have on the lowest of scales.

WOW...This should say it all. We were up against a hard tight deadline to close on a home and I called 6 companies. All of the others wanted to send a salesperson out to give me a QUOTE....REALLY...NO WAY...I just need the job done. I called Virotect and talked to Nate, he jumped on it right away, and got the job done the next morning for a very reasonable cost.

This company is FANTASTIC...ROCK STARS...A very very very down to earth and reasonable.

We had a tree to fall on our fellowship hall. Viro-Tect handled it very professional and prompt. Done everything they said they would do and more. Also, worked very well with the insurance company. I had zero problems with the whole project. I will add that it was completed in a very timely manner. The church was able to use the fellowship hall a month earlier than expected after the tree fell on it.

Did an amazing job on our church. These guys went out of their way to make it better than it was before and did it very quickly. Totally recommend for all your needs.

Virotect did a great job cleaning up a mold issue in our crawlspace. We previously had our crawlspace encapsulated by a company who left some shoddy work, but Virotect came in and quickly identified the problem areas, gave us several solution options, and got to work. Kyle, Addy, and Nick were professional and efficient. They did a great job!

As a fresh first-time-homeowner, the sight of my ceiling leaking water after a recent storm was basically paralyzing. Virotect Restoration was at my house in an hour to mitigate, and they made me feel like I could trust that things were going to be okay. Cody and Matt did a fantastic removing the black mold from my bathroom. They were very polite and respectful of this senior citizen. I could not of asked for any better service.

I called Serv-Pro and I told the lady that I got about 2 inch’s of water in my house. The lady said they were busy, but would have someone call me back the next day! I called my brother and he said he had a friend that could help me. Within 15-20 mins Mr. Ross the owner reach out to me and I explained to him what had happened. He said I will call you right back! Couple minutes late, he called and said he had some men on the way. The men worked 2 1/2 to 3 hrs to get the water up! They left my house around 7:30 that night. The next 8 days they were there drying my house out. They even found some other issues we didn’t know about. I know there is always a silver lining to everything. If not for the water heater leaking , we wouldn’t have found the other problems! If you ever have ANY WATER TROUBLES, call VIROTECT, you want be disappoint….super easy to work with and always letting you know there next step! If I could rate them from 1-10, I would give them a 10….

At 11:00PM I saw that my basement was flooded. I did a search for a water extraction company near me and found Virotect was located in my home town. I called them and they responded immediately. They showed up at midnight and started to take care of the problem. By 2:30AM they were done. The water had been sucked up and fans and big dehumidifier had been set up to dry everything out They came back late the next day to make sure that the equipment they had set up to dry the basement had done its job. They left everything in place to keep drying over the next night to make that everything was absolutely dry. Needless to say that I was very happy that they were able to respond so quickly and did what they said they would do to take care of my situation.

Great group of professional people that were very responsive and efficient in mitigating the issue that occurred at my property. Communicated extremely well and I always knew what their plan was. Highly recommended for any water damage issues.

Ross and team were extremely helpful getting everything back in order after a giant tree fell on my House. Each team member was courteous and professional and took the time to do things correctly, the first time, even if that meant it took another day or two. Fix it once and Fix it right should be their motto. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if something of this magnitude happens again they would be the first people I call.

Ross and his very professional team did a great job, on time and on budget. Hope to never again have a pipe burst, but will call Virotecf if needed.

Very professional and did an overall outstanding job! After a commercial fire loss, we really did not know where to begin.
