If you want the job done the best possible standard then vick is who to call. If u want to take chances then call the national chains who may have 1 guy who knows what he is doing and 4 crackheads that just need a job on every truck.

Great service - I was notified while out of town about a leak in our house. I called the first company that came up in my Google search - which was Vick's. Because I had to remain out of town for several days, I asked him to just do what needed to be done. He immediately took charge of the situation, communicating verbally and with pictures to keep me abreast of all work he was doing. He did not take advantage and do unnecessary work, but was thorough and professional. He saved our house! Great service!

David was fantastic. They were VERY knowledgeable and courteous!!! They took great care of the wood floors while cleaning the carpets and it looks great!!! Timely service and great manners and customer service!!! Will definitely call them again!!! Highly recommend them for carpet cleaning or restoration!!!
