My main shut off control in basement started dripping . I made one phone call and sent pics, Jacob came out today (Saturday). I was very happy for such fast response. His work was great, very pleasant to work with.

I called on a Wednesday because my water heater was failing and by Saturday I had a new water heater installed. Yep, Boon came out on a Saturday, veterans day to be exact, and installed my new water heater.

Highly recommend. Had two different issues which he resolved, leaving things better than the way he found it (meaning correcting shortcuts taken from others in the past). One of the issues, the outside faucet would not turn off due to normal wear and tear over the years, he went the extra mile of ensuring that in the event parts fail in the future that the fix would much easier and thus cheaper for the customer. Was kind and courteous throughout the process, no messes left behind, and came well under our expected budget for these repairs. Solid service, would hire again.

I cant thank Veterans Plumbing enough!!! We were trying to turn the water on to the brand new Battleson Brothers Flooring Store in Afton. However no water was present. Within an hour, they figured out we had a cracked pipe. They came in the next day and redesigned the water system and by the end of the day we had water. They even checked out bathroom before they left and it turned out our sink had a clog too, once again they fixed the problem super fast! These guys are lifesavers!

Boon came out to fix a leak on our main line into the house. He was responsive. Arrived as quickly as possible. He fixed the problem and re engineered the connection to be safer and more functional. He also noticed a smell of gas around our propane tank. Turned out the regulator was faulty and was fixed very quickly after a phone call to our provider. Great job overall! Noticed a condensation problem called Veteran's Plumbing( My broker at Canyon River Realty recommendef them), Boon Johnson answered said he'd be at my place at 4pm the next day. He was prompt, honest and fixed the issue. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix the furnace. Couldn't be happier.
