Such professional friendly service for a very reasonable price! Veracity was not only prompt, efficient and neat in cleaning our gutters, but also trimmed some tree branches back from our house and gave us a heads-up on repairs that were needed for our roof vents. They gave us pics and info on the roof vent repairs that were needed, and even provided a reference on a great company to do the work (which also was excellent). Veracity is now definitely our go-to for annual gutter cleaning service.

Small house but big job as I live where there is an extensive Norway Maple canopy as well as large Chestnut trees. This team not only has a great work ethic, but is so efficient and coordinated with their skills that they are a pleasure to watch. Communication skills are superior. What a dynamic duo these two are, you know when they show up that you are in excellent hands! They are very knowledgeable and communicative about the process and once they start, WOW! When it comes to having contractors come to your house to bid and then complete work on your house, it always feels like a long process.

That was absolutely NOT the experience we had with Veracity. They were at my house on the day I called for a quote, and had the quote in my email within three hours.

They were able to get the work done very quickly after I accepted the quote, and completed the work well, with strong attention to detail.

Through the whole process, their communication was stellar, and their work high quality.

Shawn & KC worked SO HARD for nearly 4 hours and cleaned up so well in the end. My gutters & pergola look amazing! Shawn showed before & after pictures of my gutters. I was SHOCKED! I have no trees near my roof and yet the amount of broken pine needles, leaves & basically mud filled my gutters. The bag with all of the debris was so heavy they had to double bag it & it took both KC & Shawn to lift it. I couldn’t believe it!!
I will ABSOLUTELY have them back & would recommend them to anyone!!

Shawn and his partner show up on time and got right to work. They did a very thorough job despite the frozen conditions. I really appreciated the before and after photos to see the job was well done.
