I had a roof leak after hours, and I called Upstate Roofing and Siding immediately. They answered the phone right away and said they would send someone out as soon as possible. A service guy arrived within an hour and was able to fix the leak quickly and efficiently. He was professional and courteous, and I was very impressed with his work. I called them for an estimate, no one ever showed up. Weeks later I got a call back that they were busy and were curious if I was still interested in an estimate. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said they can still come. No one ever showed up again. The fact I was referred to them and this is how they act is a major red flag, I’m staying away from using these people.
