Our insurance was requiring us to do an inspection of our roof. James and Upper Edge Roofing were recommended and we were extremely impressed. James is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. James didn’t try to sell us a new roof and explained everything to us in a thorough manner. We plan to continue working with James and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

I hired Upper Edge Roofing to replace my roof after the wind storm damaged my roof. I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. What stood out the most was how quickly they fixed my roof—it was completed much faster than I anticipated, which was a huge relief before winter.
James, in particular, was exceptional. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining the materials they’d use and what to expect along the way. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed, which really eased my mind during a stressful process. He also made sure to stay in contact with me every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and kept me updated on the progress. His communication and transparency were top-notch.
When there was an issue with my insurance company, James went above and beyond to handle the situation. Even though my insurance company made a mistake, he worked directly with them and never once penalized me for their screw up. That level of customer service really impressed me. I can’t thank James enough for being willing to work with me despite my insurance company causing him problems.

I highly recommend Upper Edge Roofing! We are the type of folks who do our research. So, we got five estimates to replace our roof. Not only was upper edge the most reasonable, they replaced the entire roof in record time, did a meticulous job of cleaning up, and were super good at communication! The roof looks like a million bucks and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

In August of 2022 the roofs of my house, barn and garage were severely damaged by a freak hail storm that caused damage throughout the region. I contacted several roofing companies and was told the soonest any repairs could be done was at least six months out. I was driving by a neighbors house and saw a crew stripping the roof. I stopped and met James Tripplet, the owner of Upper Edge Roofing. James agreed to inspect my roofs. He came over later that day and I had a bid the next day. Within a week his crew was repairing my roofs.

James was excellent throughout the process. His bid was very reasonable, he was excellent communicating with me and patient with my requests. I was impressed how he fit me into his busy schedule! I would highly recommend Upper Edge Roofing.

We had Upper Edge Roofing replace our entire roof. It was a very big roof and a week-long job and done perfectly. Everyone was extremely professional. They protected all windows and landscaping and picked up everything before leaving for the day. Easy to talk to and very professional.

My wife and I stumbled across Upper Edge Roofing. James came out on time and looked at our tile roof and when he submitted his bid it was far less than any of the other bids that ranged into the 50k+ range. His crew came out on a Monday at 730am on Tuesday at 4pm they rolled out completely done.
