My wife and I are extremely happy with United Home Services! We needed to get some fascia boards replaced, others were ok and just needed some sanding and painting. We also needed to get our stucco painted as it used to be a terrible color and in bad shape. Ted was so personable and down to earth. He talked through everything we needed and gave a very reasonable price. As the project was on going he came out every day to check on the progress and asked if there was anything we weren't happy with in regard to the quality. The few items we mentioned he made sure everything was fixed to our liking. His team really focused on the details, patched up bad stucco in a couple places, sealed any cracks and filled all the gaps before painting. We ended up having United replace a side garage door that was damaged as well because we were so happy with the other work they did. The picture does not do it justice! We feel like we live in a brand new house. Thank you Ted!

Ted and his team were amazing. Ted explained me every step in detail during various phone calls and a site visit. He gave me a firm written estimate and timeline which worked out perfectly, and even helped with an AC issue i wasn't aware of at no charge as a courtesy. Roof looks stylish amazing and feels brand new - plus protected for any potential AC leaks/rain, or irrigation leaks which give me peace of mind. Highly recommended and i am already thinking about the next project i can hire Ted and his team for!

We had the exterior of our home painted with United Home and so glad we used them. Ted and his crew did an outstanding job, were on time, professional, and finished on time. Ted was on site to check everything almost daily and was always responsive to texts and calls. We had United home roofing fix our roof - They were professional and fair on the price- After all the rain we we knew our roof was fixed we called United Home again to paint our interior- They are amazing as the fixed our drywall and you can see there was any water damage- We are recommended this company
