Kenny was supposed to fix my garage facade and put in a screen door. He asked for 300 up front in cash. Did zero work and two weeks later said he needed another 300 to get the door and finish the job. I told him this seems sketch and I wasn't comfortable. He assured me he'd handle it. Then he texted me lying saying he was incarcerated and when I called him out on it he came clean and said he was just going through a rough time. He assured me he would refund the money he stole. Then stopped returning calls and texts. It's been months. Check his criminal history, DO NOT ALLOW HIM ON YOUR PROPERTY. He's a cook at Saint Charles Community college's Plaza Bistro. Guess I'll have to start blowing up his work to try and get my money back.

Avoid this roofer if you care about quality. We had Kenny install a new tpo roof, the roof has been leaking continuously since it was installed. Kenny has been back multiple times to try and fix it and never resolved the problem until he stopped answering all together. Very quick to invoice very slow to deal with service requests resulting of his poor craftsmanship

Kenny did a fantastic and thorough job on our roofing project. We had been having issues with the roof leaking due to a parapet wall needing to be rebuilt (see photo), flashing failures, and cracks. The roof was redone and sealed. Photos were provided before and after. We have had no issues since this was repaired in Jan 2022. I highly recommend Unified Contracting Solutions.
