Ultimate Contracting Corp.

Ultimate Contracting did a great job. Our basement wall collapsed, and they had to rebuild 3 of the 4 walls. Back wall had to be totally rebuilt and the other 3 walls they had to lift the house to put support beams in. They were easy to work with, professional and on time. They communicated with us every step of the way. When we had questions-Cory answered. As we had extensive damage, we also needed to have plumbers, electricians, inspections, etc. They helped line up everybody so that we didn't have to and they were there when they needed to be. Cory gave us a timetable when they started, and he and his crew delivered. We were back in our home when he said we would be. Cory and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them.

Cory and his crew replaced a basement beam in our 1935 home with a Michigan basement. They finished in a couple days and cleaned up so well, we didn't even know they were there! So professional and courteous (and arrived when they said they would). And, their pricing was so reasonable. Thank you, Thank you! You all are definitely on my Recommendation list! Bravo!

Sump pump quit while I was in hospital for cardiac event. I came home ( built 2005) to find 4 feet of water in crawl space. Call three “ known” places and were told at least a week before they could start pumping water out. I stopped by Ultimate Constructing Corp and within 2 hours they had on scene a great crew to begin getting my crawl space dry and new sump pump replaced. There is more to do but I am really pleased and impressed on courteous, skilled and dependable employees. I will use them again.
