I can’t say enough good things about Brady and the entire Turner Construction Services crew! We had a smaller renovation project for our new home in Columbia, but Brady was luckily able to take it on and I’m so glad he was, even in this busy time of the year.
He is super easy to talk to and provided us with a professional and prompt written estimate for our scope of work. We decided to pick out and deliver our own materials, so Brady and his team mainly took care of all the labor. We just needed 2 bathrooms redone, and 3 rooms of Luxury Vinyl plank laid. Brady coordinated everything for us, with amazing communication along the way. We even had to add some un- expected tile work, but they quickly updated the estimate and knocked it out immediately. Weekly draw payments as work was completed, which is the right way for a contractor to be paid. Be cautious of any one that asks for a lot of money up front. Brady is very trust-worthy. All his professional fees were outlined upfront for transparency. Even with a couple of hiccups during the renovation project, Brady handled it quickly and with extreme professionalism. They were done with the project ahead of schedule, and within the quoted, estimate, so all around a great experience.
I highly recommend Brady and Turner Construction Services for any construction or renovation project you may have in Middle TN large or small. They do everything from ground-up custom home build construction, exterior decks & fencing and residential or commercial renovation projects.
