Lydia was professional and friendly. Made getting new vehicle insurance incredibly easy. Oh and I cannot forget that she bundled my new car full coverage insurance and a brand new renters insurance policy together and the cost was less a month than what I was originally playing for full coverage before switching to Trustpoint. We recently sold a property with Tai. She did a great job from listing to closing. She literally took care of everything, we didn't have to do a thing. Including having a lawyer create an easement for us. We didn't even have to be present at the closing. Highly recommend her!!!

Shalena Rohrer was the realtor we were matched with thru a realty site while our family was split between KS and SC. Shalena was very easy to reach and communicate our needs/wants with. Always on the look out for us, she would send us listings as soon as they hit the MLS and a few times worked late during family time to help get us in to see homes. I couldn't ask for a more professional and caring realtor to have in our corner for the 9 month journey we were on. Shalena was accommodating with all of our showings and answered all of the questions we had, little and big - or found the answers and got back to us quickly. Shalena has a brilliant knowledge and understanding of realty and home construction, and an outstanding eye when looking at houses. She would see things and point them out before we did. I highly recommend Shalena. She is an amazing person and an amazing realtor, we were blessed to have her.

We have had multiple insurance needs (watercraft, motorcycles, classics, “regular” automobiles, and home) and we have been very impressed with the ease and responsiveness of our representative.
