Working with Trusted Veterans was a great experience. We had multiple windows start leaking rain during heavy storms and contacted Trusted Veterans for a quote. They sent out Ross within 48 hours to come take a look and assess what needed to be done. Ross was professional, kind, and thorough. He explained the issues clearly and gave us multiple options and ideas for proceeding. We so appreciate that they fit us in so quickly and ensured the issues got fixed before any more storms rolled through. Ross kept us updated every step of the way and we felt that he cared about our home as much as we do. The work looks great, and we have peace of mind that our home is protected again!

I highly recommend Mike and Ross of Trusted Vets. As a new homeowner, I was very nervous about trying to find a contractor I could trust! Ross was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the deadline was met. He was very attentive to any changes I wanted to add and was a big help with some unforeseen construction hiccups along the way. Mike was very professional and very easy to work with. You can tell both Mike and Ross want to make sure their clients are well taken care of every step of the way! I’ll be using them again for a couple of bathroom renovations in the near future.

In preparation for listing our home for sale, we had a long list of very different projects, repairs and improvements that needed to be tackled on a very tight schedule. It was overwhelming. We had several contractors come out and give us quotes, but even before we got pricing we knew Ross at Trusted Veterans was who we wanted to use. He was thorough during the estimate phase, taking notes and photos and asking all the right questions. Once the crew arrived the first day and the work started, we were 100% confident we made the right choice. Ross's scheduling and management of literally dozens of very different tasks, many that conflicted with other tasks (power washing and painting, for instance), and dealing with the wildcard of absolutely horrible weather for the duration of the job, was an absolute master class in project management. In addition to the challenges of time and weather were the not insignificant factors of working around dogs and horses and two people working from home. When we added new items that needed to be fixed or repaired or painted, Ross remained calm and methodical, juggling resources as needed and ultimately completing every task we needed. Thanks in large part to the quality work done by Ross and his team, the house and barn showed beautifully and the property sold quickly. I simply cannot recommend Ross and his team at Trusted Veterans more enthusiastically.

Mike and Ross were wonderful to work with. We had a tricky situation with a VA grant and they didn't bat an eye taking on the project. We had a major flooring renovation - the crews were fast, respectful of my autistic son's needs and reliable. Any issues that arose were taken care right away and the flooring came out beautiful! To my recollection, this was the fastest, easiest interaction with a contractor I have ever had. Mike responded immediately, very professional and courteous.
He arrived hours after my call and assessed the situation rapidly and efficiently. He then sent an estimate that was clear and easy to accept and sign.

His crew was on site a few days later and completed the work by 3 pm. They were focused, organized and very professional. I observed them consulting on the best course of action when encountering issues and they graciously accepted my input and took my desires into consideration.

I was also impressed with the fact that they appeared to be loyal to Mike and talked highly of him, when asked. It is very important to me that I work with people who treat their crew well and it appears that Mike is one of the few who does that.

I really can't say enough to the credit and quality of the work Trusted Veterans Restoration LLC carried out for our property. They performed a full roof replacement and full siding replacement for our 3 story townhome. From the beginning, Mike was straightforward, helpful and eager to quickly make our property a priority. Faraz was so transparent, timely, and very helpful around scheduling inspections, and working with our insurance company, and explaining the processes from his side of the street. When the time came to actually complete the work Trusted Veteran's Restoration LLC was, in many respects, more of an advocate for the health of our property than our own insurance agency. Sofo and his crew completed the roof and siding replacement within the timeframe they committed to, were unbelievably respectful of our property, ourselves, and our neighbors, cleaned up extremely well, and the quality of the work speaks for itself (along with the many compliments from our neighbors) - can't recommend this company enough!

Mike and his team have helped me several times over the last few years with roof repair, outdoor painting, porch repair, and pouring concrete pads. I keep coming back because they do a good job, and they are fair in their prices. They are always on time, on budget, and courteous. I routinely recommend them to others. Communication is key for me, and Mike is very good about answering texts. Highly recommend.

We loved working with Mike and his team to fix our roof. He was very thorough, and helped us through the process of inspecting the roof, calling insurance, and he made sure his team was present when the insurance company came out to make sure nothing was overlooked. I have never felt so well taken care of. When it came time for install signing the contract and previewing colors was easy and all online. The team did a beautiful job on install and made sure each area of the roof was properly fixed (including going back to insurance to provide proof of additional damage and the work they did to fix). We will be relying on Trusted Veterans for all of our roofing, siding, window, and gutter needs from now on!

Prior to having to use Trusted Veterans for my own roof repair, I had heard nothing but great things from past customers. So when we noticed water coming in our house during the first snow fall this year, we without hesitation, reached out to them right away. Within the same day of us calling they came to our house to assess the roof and within minutes they were able to find the problem. Within a couple of days we received the quote for the repair and to our surprise, after we agreed to the quote, our repair was scheduled three days later. The team showed up on time and completed the full repair the same day. We have not had any issues since the repair and were beyond pleased with their customer service, timely responses, and quality of work. Trusted Veterans will always be our first call when we need work competed on our home.

The team at trusted vets completely replaced our roof due to wind/hail damage. They were very easy to work with and made sure the installation date worked for me. The team that came were fast and professional. They cleaned up the yard and after they left there was no mess at all. I recommended them to my neighbors. I will definitely use them again.

Though we didn't get to finish our projects (because of our own circumstances, no fault of their own) I can tell you with full certainty they are an incredible company and I would hire them in a heartbeat for anything. Trusted Veterans made my roof replacement easy. From my original discussions with Ernesto, it was easy to determine that this was the contractor for me (and I contacted three competitors for bids). The Trusted Veterans team made an extra effort to get the shingles I wanted, and to make sure that they were from the same source so the shades matched. Both Mike and Ernesto inspected the job after completion, and Mike even swept the grounds himself one last time before departing. The house looks exceptional and the final price was within my original budget. Great job!

Great service and responsiveness. They were flexible with weather changes and not only completed the work before any other local companies were able to schedule an estimate, but provided a great value for the work performed.

I have used Trusted Veterans twice in the past two months to replace my roof and to repair the vinyl siding on my house. In both cases, they did an excellent job. Mike and Ernesto were both very friendly and professional. The work on both projects was started sooner than I expected and were finished sooner than I expected. Mike stated that his goal on all his jobs is do them right and not have to come back. You can't beat that. Great company and great service. Hard to beat. 5 plus stars from me.

What can I say about this company that other reviewers have not already said. Mike and his team did an amazing job. We had some storm damaged from a wind storm that passed through our area back in early April. Mike came out and assessed the damage and even came back to go over his findings with the adjuster. Our insurance only wanted to replace half of our roof and after some back and forth, Mike was able to get our whole roof replaced. This is one company who truly deserves to be graded on a different level...5 stars is just not enough! thank you Mike

I had an insurance claim because my roof was leaking. ( on my mother's home in Winchester Virginia) I called Trusted Veterans Restoration and they came out and gave me an estimate that was actually $2,000 less than other estimates I received. They dealt with the insurance company the whole way. They did an amazing job ! They also installed a new skylight . I then had him come out to install a storm door on my back porch. I would highly recommend this company! Mike is honest, trustworthy, and great to deal with!

Great company! Had storm damage on my roof and insurance only quoted to replace missing shingles. Mike came out, took one extensive look at the damage and took everything over from there. He and his team handled everything for me from start to finish and when all was said and done he made sure my insurance covered an entire (much needed) new roof for both home and garage! When the time came to do the work, they had my entire roof torn down and refinished in a day and a half. Would highly recommend!
