Insurance did an inspection and claimed that if I didn’t fix a few shingles that were slightly popped up within two weeks that they would cancel my policy. Jonathan came out in a timely manner, looked at my policy, and fixed up my roof! 10/10 would recommend.

I will always recommend Truest Roofing, and have several times already. Jonathan went above and beyond helping me with the insurance. He was even in attendance when the adjuster came for his inspection, went up on the roof with him and showed him all of the damage, as well as climbing up partway into the attic for an inspection of the decking (which was not compliant). The crew came and took great care to move the statuary and other breakables out of harm's way, and covered the flower beds and lawn under the eaves before starting the project. The work was long and tedious, but they were always professional and meticulous in their work. For the first time in 30 years, the roof did not creak and groan with the high winds we experienced recently. I have to say, I now have the best roof in the neighborhood!

These guys are wonderful! Johnny went to bat for us when the insurance company tried to deny our roof claim after a bad batch of storms. This is by far a company that wants everyone involved to succeed.

They did a great job on our new construction. The roof looks great and everything is neat and correct. They cleaned up well afterwards. The price was the best I found and the work they did was well done. I will use the again for any future builds I do.

I can’t recommend this roofing company enough! They did an amazing job on my house and went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to code. My decking wasn’t compliant, but they caught it and helped file it under my extra policy claim.

When my insurance tried to cut corners by suggesting scraps and spare parts for the decking, they went to bat for me and fought to get it done the right way. They also advocated for my gutter and fan replacement after insurance initially refused to cover the damage.

Beyond their expertise, they were incredibly kind, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need a roofing company that truly looks out for you, this is the team to call!

Quality, price and service all things being reasonably equal there is no reason to do business with anybody else, but truest roofing. If the world is becoming a kinder and gentler place, the memo didn’t make it to my mailbox as of yet and with that in view, Integrity has become an endangered species. I had the opportunity to work with Isaac last year when hail totaled my roof. He was the first person I called when a similar hail storm hit us last month.

Isaac was out to assess our roof within 2 days. He had already marked, photographed, and was working on an estimate before my insurance assessor even came out. When he did show up, Isaac was there to make sure that all damage to the roof, solar panels, guttering, and fencing was noted.

Isaac has a network of individuals who contract in different areas. He was able to find somebody to replace the majority of my fencing. When I found a company to replace my panels, he was able to coordinate their removal and replacement to minimize downtime.

I had no issue signing my insurance check over to Isaac. The quality of his work and workers were top-notch. If you're looking for a roofer, I'd recommend Truest without any reservation!
