Dear Sir/Mam or Management: This is a complaint about my experience when I visited your store 560 Robinson St in Senatobia Ms. On 4/28/25. Please investigate via video/camera footage. At 4:11 pm, I returned previously purchased hardware with the receipt. This took place at the front desk. The hardware was 2 bolts and 4-nuts. As your video footage should show, I laid the items on the counter in a clear plastic bag and showed the cashier my receipts. However, when the cashier rung up the re fund , she calculated only half of what the refund should have been. when I asked here why I have only half the refund, she adamantly claimed, " You only Gave me 1 bolt." I replied mam, I gave you two bolts. she then demonstrated how she took the bag and set it in a basket and stated "that's all I gave her". I told her mam please check again. This time, I walked behind the counter to look where she was allegeing she placed it. It was then that I saw that she had hid one of the bolts under the counter. In no way was this an oversight or mistake. Why would she place the bolt under the counter? This was a deliberate attempt to not refund me the full amount of my return. She offered me an apology, saying it must have gotten mixed up. With what may I ask ??. I think the apology was only because I discovered where she hid the bolt in an attempt to not give me my full refund. It was only then, that she refunded me the full amount of my return. I want you to know that this complaint is not about the value of my refund. It is about integrity and customer service. It was a very uncomfortable experience such that I refused to purchase other items I have intended to buy that day. Secondly, I have second thoughts about ever patronizing this store location and will share this experience with others in the community. After you view the video footage and if management can offer a plausible explanation, of why this was done, I will change my out look on what she did. I will rep[ost this in an e-mail with my contact information.

Good folks and really easy delivery. Pull up the street toward the store, turn left into parking lot across the street, then back straight in across the street.

I am a residential contractor. I visited the store for the first and last time on July 11 in need of a gallon of paint. The lady mixed a $70 gallon of paint the wrong color. I told her the paint was the wrong color as soon as she placed it on the piece of siding I needed it to match. After about a 20 minute back and forth session, I was informed that even if it wasn’t the right color, I was still required to pay for their botched paint. I will definitely be going back to and recommending my customer base to patronize Atwood just for their competence and customer service.
