Shawn and his crew did an outstanding job in completing the project. He and his crew are a very professional group. He also went above and beyond in what I originally asked him to do. He takes pride in his work. Several people have seen the Completed project and they all loved it.

Very unprofessional!!!! No excuse for a no call no show is good enough.. I would of loved to stay local and to see if his work was truely as good as all the other reviews stated but unfortunately that will not happen. I called wednesday and set up a appointment for friday to get my roof looked at. He told me he would call me thursday evening with a time he would be here Friday. I did not recieve a call so I called him and got no anwser so I left a voice mail. I called again friday three times and it rang through to his voice mail every time. I never received a call back and he did not show on the appointment date.

In the summer of 2019 Shawn and his highly qualified craftsmen completely renovated the exterior of our house. The new roofing, siding, windows, carport and spacious front porch are better than we could have imagined.

Shawn and his team are all polite, approachable, dependable, and highly skilled in their profession. The process from the initial consultation to completion went smoothly. There was never a time our questions were discouraged or seemed a bother.

We have received numerous compliments regarding the change to our home and have no hesitation in referring others to Shawn.

Over the past few months Shawn and his team have done extensive remodeling to our home. They completely remodeled our downstairs, which included new ceilings, a home bar, closets, flooring and reworking some of the existing space. It is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. They also removed all of our popcorn ceilings on the main living areas, painted and put new backsplash and granite in our kitchen. Every day I walk into the kitchen and fall in love with it all over. They also re-sided our house and put in 15 new windows. Our house has truly been transformed into what we always dreamed it could be. Not only can I not say enough about the great work they do, but their professionalism and outstanding customer service cannot be matched. This team truly cares about their work and their customers satisfaction. They allowed us to change our minds and rework the original plans and gave great suggestions. We will never use anyone else again. We tried several other companies before this and the work was awful and the crew never showed up on time or consistently. This crew showed up every single day at 7a.m. I guess that's why we kept giving them more projects/work. Every time they'd finish one job, we'd decide they were to good to let go and we'd schedule another. Thank you so much Shawn, Eric, Blake and Shawn (Pete).

Contacted Tru Pro? About a bathroom remodel, setup at day and time and no call no show and no response to a message asking if he was interested in giving me a quote a few days after he was supposed to show up! After this review I received a message! Had family member health issues truly sorry to hear best wishes for the family member! Thanks for getting back to me!

I had a simple plumbing issue go VERY wrong. Water destroyed my flooring in my kitchen and i was left staring at bare subfloor and ripped out cabinets. After calling another local company, who NEVER called back, i finally called TruPro Renovations. Shawn showed up the day i called to give me an estimate and tell me he would be happy to rebuild my kitchen. I instantly felt like i was in good hands and looked forward to TruPro getting my house back together. Shawn even went as far as to help select flooring with me as the floor originally picked out was not in stock(my mistake). Shawn and Dave put my kitchen together in 3 days and the results are fantastic. I would highly recommend TruPro to anyone who needs work done in there home. Thanks again guys, my wife is very happy!

Shawn and his crew installed all new windows and siding , and built a brand new porch on our home. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we were happy. We've gotten so many compliments. Shawn knew what I wanted and he made it happen! Thank you Shawn, Tim, Sean and Eric for everything, Very happy!

Shawn Jarvis and his Crew from Tru Pro Renovations did a lot of work at my house and without
hesitation I have to give them a Five Star Rating because without exception everything they did
was exceptional. They started with the Garage ceiling which was sagging, they fixed the support
problem, installed new wallboard and painted two coats and it is now secure and glowing.

Shawn and Crew moved on to my basement where in one day they tore down the old drop ceiling
which was dark with ancient fluorescent lights and on and off chains and replaced them with wallboard
instead of ceiling tiles and adapted them with a smooth bright ceiling with can lights that are installed up into the ceiling with nothing hanging down...these can light fixtures are out of sight
and are controlled by switches and dimmers that can design lighting to meet changing needs.

In addition to installing a new ceiling and contemporary lighting Tru Pro Rennovations painted the
walls, protected the designer furnishings with drop cloths, relocated furniture as needed, swept,
mopped, vacuumed as required and reconnected the TV and all speakers to proper working order.

This same outstanding group of professionals Power washed and repainted the foundation of the
house and the Deck including the floor, banisters, steps and crisscross wall panels on two sides...
Everything appears to be in excellent condition. These are just the highlights from the work these
Craftsmen performed at my house. I recommend them highly and I certainly will use them in the
future when it is my turn to spruce things up.

We are so very pleased with our new roof!!! Shawn is very responsible and pays attention to details!! He sees the job through to completion and makes sure everyone is happy! We highly recommend Tru Pro Renovations!!!

Shawn remodeled our bathroom and kitchen. We were truly impressed with his professionalism and integrity.
