Triple R Improvement

I had two trees removed, they removed everything and did an excellant job of cleaning up afterwards. While on-site they noticed the stump of a tree i had cut down last year. They took the extra effort to remove the stump. Additionally, they noticed a dead, still standing tree that I hadn't gotten around to cutting down, cut it down and removed that stump as well. Everything was much appreciated. Thank you Mr. Fernando and they guys from Triple R Improvement.

Had a tree branch broken over the roof that was at risk of falling. Fernando and his team was quick to respond and were able to cut the branch safely. Fair and competitive pricing. Would recommend.

I had Triple R Improvement cut down and remove a tall, half dead tree. They performed the job and did a wonderful job of cleaning up, even raking the yard to make sure everything was picked up. 5 stars!! They cut down an oak tree in my backyard that was dying and branches were hanging over my power lines. They even trimmed down some bushes as well that was covering my internet fiber lines. They were awesome cleaning up and did an amazing job! I will definitely call them for any other projects that I will have in the future!!

These guys are terrific!!! I had a large oak tree in my backyard which sits on a lake - so not much access. The team can in - took there time to determine the safest way, went to extremes to protect my grass, and got the tree down wioth maximum efficiency. And then cleaned my yard!!

Fernando and his crew did an excellent job taking down the 6 trees we had discussed taking down, but he also took down 5 others that needed to be taken down also and he did not raise the price we had agreed upon. They did an excellent job cleaning up and and moving all the trash to a spot I had asked them to so it can be burned later. I was very impressed with their expertise in removing the trees. Fernando also cleaned all the leaves and limbs that had fallen on my roof prior to their work. I give them an above excellent rating on his price, job performance, and expertise in handling the job safely and efficiently. I will defiantly use them again for any remodel work, tree removal, etc. should I need it done in the future.

I'm confident that you're not going to find anyone that pays more attention to detail and making sure the customer is happy than Fernando with Triple R Improvement. They repaired some damage and replaced the roof on my house 4 years ago and it still looks brand new and perfect. They just did the same for my old storage building and once again, perfect. I am very picky and it is rare I am 100% satisfied. This is not your typical repair company.

I highly recommend Triple R Improvement. Fernando is honest and professional. His team did a great job with our floors and trim. They paid close attention to detail and the floors match perfectly with the remaining floors in the house. He went out of his way to come after hours to look at the job on short notice and gave a same day quote, then he color matched the paint and went to multiple stores to find the correct transition boards. He was onsite each day to make sure I was satisfied with the progress of the work. I will always go to him for any future jobs.

I’ve used Triple R Home Improvement for several projects at my residence. A steel porch railing, new brick steps, attic insulation, a new attic pull down ladder, a new mail box post, and recently some tree trimming. All my results have been phenomenal! I own three rental homes and need tree service on two of them and flooring and roof repair on third. I contacted Triple R Improvements. I spoke with the owner Mr. Murillo told him my needs and how I needed a quick turn around He was able to inspect the homes and the quote was better then the other two I had gotten I went ahead with his quote and I could not have been more impressed with the quality or the time frame in which they were completed. I was most impressed with the clean up. I could not find a single roof nail anywhere on the ground. I can only say this was the single best service I have found for these properties.

These guys are the most professional I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them for any kind of tree trimming or tree removal.

Power company came through and cut down everything under their lines. They determined the dead pine tree in my front yard, near their lines was a liability and cut the tree down but did not pick up any of the cut down tree. The tree was about 100 years old, so there was a lot of wood to pick up. Contacted a number of people to do the job. They never showed up. Contacted Triple R Improvement, Fernando the owner answered, sent him a picture of the job he said they could handle it and sent me a picture of the equipment that they used looked like it was made for the job. Fernando came out gave me a reasonable quote. Said yes, that day he came out with his crew and had it all cleaned up in about two hours. Color me impressed. Professional, efficient they made my place look great. I will definitely use their services again. I recommend you do as well

Triple R Improvement went beyond my greatest expectations to do a high quality restoration and to get us back in the space in record time. Fernando Murillo first did work for us in 2016 when he redid flashing on the roof that the contractor who built our second floor did not have deep enough. Fernando added gutters to our home and everything he did was flawless. A member of our church who had some property gave me Fernando's contact information with high recommendations.

In 2023, I asked Fernando's help again as we had over $10,000 in storm damage so we replaced the shingles on our entire roof with better shingles and Fernando suggested a drip edge over what we had, and as usual, the work was extraordinary. He did our 2023 repairs at the same time roofers are working nonstop in a nearby Little Rock repairing hundreds of homes from tornado damage. Needless to say quality roofers are at a premium and have lots of work, but Fernando came to my aid when I asked. Quality and integrity are hand-in-hand with Fernando. I recommend him. Robert

Recently, a Bradford pear tree, planted in memory of my husband when he passed away in 1996, unfortunately split and a large part of it fell over my neighbor’s driveway, luckily avoiding his car and camper. I immediately called Triple R. They came over the same day to give me an estimate, and also looked at some other trees needing trimming on my property. The nephew of the owner, who has become a good friend to me ever since he started doing repairs for me many years ago, even offered to give me a hug when he saw that I was feeling pretty emotional about losing the tree. They were there the next day, with all their equipment, to take down the rest of the tree and trim all the other trees, as needed, as well. Everything was completed and everything cleared away before they left that day. I’ve used Triple R services for many years and have recommended them to many of my friends who have been equally pleased. I would highly recommend them!

Fernando and his team did an exceptional job painting several rooms in our house when we moved in, so they were our first and only call when we had an old pipe crack and needed a substantial restoration job.

Excellent service. Mr Murillo took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done, Answered all questions and concerns prior to giving a written quote. He was prompt in presenting the quote. His team came in as scheduled and did the job in a timely manner which was remove / replace shingles, repair all vents / pipes and even updated an aged chimney cover. The team cleaned the area afterwards leaving the environment undisturbed. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Triple R Improvement for multiple jobs over the last several years. Reinforcement of our garage by adding additional cross beam supports. Purchased an older home that I would not move into until improvements were made. Fernando and his crew made it happen in short time. this older home needed ALL molding and trim removed and replaced from baseboards and doors.
