I called this company a few days ago and requested a quote to power wash my home. We agreed upon a mutual day and time. The appointment time came and went. No one showed up. After reaching out thru text again, I still got no response. I would not recommend using this company. Very poor customer service.

Very impressed with the job they did. I’ve power washed my house for 10 years and I will not be doing it anymore. After they were done I realized the difference between me doing it and a professional. Very satisfied!! They will be back to my house!!

I had our home and driveway in Eleanor, WV washed on 4/10/2021. I had another business scheduled for the day before and they did not show and never contacted me with any explanation. I contacted Tri-State Elite ProWash & Restoration Friday evening after the no-show and they worked me in the very next day. Service was extremely professional and everything looks great! Neighbors came out to get contact information and I have already provided contact information to work colleagues for their cleaning needs. Highly recommend and will use service again.
