Thew crew did an excellent job insulating the areas I needed. Before they left they cleaned up the work site. One thing I appreciated was the fact that they crew did NOT use any bad language. Never heard the "F" word. They talked and laughed and acted like they really enjoyed their work.
Thank you

Sadly I was not impressed with the customer service that the gentleman had in my home. Not only did they leave a massive mess in my home it took me 6 hours to clean up all the the debre around the house. There are multiple holes that didn't get a cover on them and they ripped the wood in many places. 100%upset and will not recommend

A windstorm sent branches flying at Dr. Collin's office, where I work, and one of them got the gutter. Tracey's came out, took down what was left, and discovered dry rot, which they brought to our attention (rather than just covering it with a new gutter). We got it repaired, and they came out, ahead of schedule, and replaced the gutter for a very reasonable price.

Their trucks drive too slow, when I am behind them on my commute, but they do good work, regardless. Their office staff is helpful and pleasant, and so are all the 'workers' that came out - I would recommend them.

We had gutters done. Was told after looking at the job no problem. Well there were lots of problems...and still r. We have cameras so going to send picks to the owner so he can see..from first day estimate to last day when done. One guys attitude was awful. The other guys were fine.

Tracy's was hired to replace the rotten gutters on our new home. First of all, they mounted the gutters to fascia that was partially rotten, so the gutters are sagging now in multiple locations. In addition to that, they have mounted the gutters at least 8 inches lower than the edge of the roof, so when it rains the water comes off of the roof and misses the gutters completely and pours over the side. The combination of the poor mounting, the rotten fascia, and the gutters not being mounted flush to the side of the house has caused them to become angled and any water that is in them just pours over the edge. I have been contacting this company every week since we moved into the house asking them to come and fix the problem. I received one email response saying they would be out to fix them after May 4th, when they re-opened. It is now almost July 4th and the gutters have not been fixed and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone or received ANY responses from my repeated emails.
I suspect the people who have posted about the great communication within this company must be family friends, because as a customer, I have experienced NO communication. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau in the hopes of getting this situation resolved. If it does get resolved, I will amend this review to show that.

Tracy's did our new home gutters and servicing over several years. A warranty issue came up and they handled it like pros. I really appreciated their customer service. They are our go-to for our gutters.

If you want your insulation work done cheaply this is the place to call. The two young men who came to my house to fix what should have been fixed by the same company before I took possession of my home were actually very nice and did the job as expected, although I went down under the house after they left and cleaned up the rest of the mess myself. That is not my complaint. When I bought the place and had it inspected there was a huge gaping hole in the insulation which was called out on the report and was supposed to be fixed before I moved in. I moved in and I spent the last freezing cold winter not knowing that the work had not been done. There was actually a bill saying that the repair had been done included in the paperwork when I purchased the house. So Tracy's clearly dropped the ball on this because when I called, the salesman found something that said he had been out to the house to give an estimate and apparently there was a bill sent but the work was never done.
After I had been in the home several months I went down into the crawl space to do some other work and noticed there was still insulation all over the floor and the gaping 5 ft in diameter hole was still there. I called and told them the situation, and the salesman came out pretty quickly. The work was done a week or so after that. I was not charged for it because if I had been I probably would have raised some serious hell over it. My biggest beef with this company is that they do not pay their employees a living wage. I did not hear this from the employees themselves but they both mentioned that they did side work and each of them had TWO OTHER JOBS in addition to their day job at Tracy's which is just pathetic and sad, Tracy's. I found out from another contractor whose son works for Tracy's that they only pay them $12 an hour. Who can live on that?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
