I highly recommend working with Robert. He's easy to communicate with and very through. Our roof was leaking and we required interior drywall work. His crew are hard workers and did a great job. You can tell they take pride in their work. We are now working with Robert to repair/rebuild an exterior wall.
His prices are very reasonable especially considering his years of experience.

We're so grateful to have found Robert and his crew at TDC. From the very beginning Robert worked with us on this difficult project of water damage from an unfortunate flooding. Our whole finished basement had to be gutted and reconstructed. I had no idea where to begin this project but I felt so comfortable with Robert's guidance and extensive knowledge. His communication during the entire process was quick and thorough. His crew was kind and consistent. They showed up in a timely manner every time, were so respectful and were a pleasure to be around. Their expertise in all areas really shined. Their hard work is clearly shown in the beautiful finished project. Robert worked well with my design dreams and ideas for this space. This company came recommended by a friend, and she did not steer us wrong. Not only did Robert, the owner, come out to review the work we knew we needed (a new deck), but he looked over the property and noticed some issues we didn't have the skills to recognize. He also was able to explain why we'd had some of the issues we had, and how to remediate so that they didn't recur. So far, he and his crew have replaced our roof, deck, and a sliding door, and replaced the siding on one wall of the house when everyone else insisted on doing the whole house (which didn't need it) or nothing. They fixed any issues they came across as they went, and tore down our old shed while the dumpster for the roof was here. We're taking a break (even we'll done, that much construction is chaos), but Robert already knows we'll be calling him for more work inside the house. He's been great.

Very satisfied with the work done on home. Renoved carpet from six rooms and replaced with vinyl flooring. This was accomplished with no transition stripping for my safety sibce I use a walker
Also removed and replaced countertops.
All work was completed in a timely manner with complete cleanup!! I will definitely use then for future projects!

I had to remove a faulty electric fireplace, which left a big open space showing my interior structure of my house. I looked online for remodeling and found total development construction as one of the places. Their website helped me decide to give them a call. Robert came over and looked at my remodeling problem. He took photos and recommended Don. Don does smaller projects and it was just what I needed! It was in my price range and the work was great! Between Robert and Don I have a wonderful opening to house my photo albums and special trinkets. They both had manners which is just as hard to find! My opening looks like it was meant to be there and I really like it better than my electric fireplace. So big or small remodeling projects, I recommend Total Development Construction!

Hard to find contractors who don't screw you over and are on top of your requests. Bob is one of the rare ones who takes pride in his work. Excellent job on my remodel and quick to respond.

Complete roof replacement. At multiple points had two crews working on the job. At one point major damage found with the roof rafters. With threat of rain had two crews working to fix damage and get roof covered before rain started. Main tech on the job took extra effort to make sure every step of the process was done correctly and communicated what was being done and why. Crews took a few days but at the end of each day cleaned up scraps and debris to keep my property clean. I am confident I have a roof that will last for next twelve-five years or more. Hats off to the Total team!!!

Bob and his team did a great job on our deck. He was great with suggestions and feedback prior to the job, and accommodated a design change while work was being done which I very much appreciated. They used good quality materials and didn't cut corners. After finishing our deck Bob came out for a follow-up visit to go over the project and make sure we were satisfied. We would absolutely use Total Development again in the future.

Rebuilt my front wall and door frame, and had to redo my front siding. Tons of damage due to a water leak in the roof. Good as new now, went above and beyond, easygoing and professional. Would recommend for any jobs.

We have had some bad experiences with contractors before so moving to a new state we were nervous about what to expect with contractors and were wary. Total Development Construction did a total one story home remodel, converted attached garage into family/dining area, 2nd full bathroom/laundry room with a sliding door, upgrade electrical, install new kitchen, floors, paint, plumbing and siding. Robert and his crew did an excellent job. If we had any concerns or changed our mind about anything, Robert went out of his way to accommodate us. Towards the end he went above and beyond in completing this project. I highly recommend Robert. He totally gained our trust and we will call him for any future projects.

We had the great pleasure of working with Bob on a major remodeling in our home. We had him take out walls and open up our first floor. He did a whole new kitchen as well as all new flooring and lighting. The job had its challenges because the house is so old but Bob and his guys tackled every new obstacle with a high level knowledge and experience. Bob is excellent at reimagining spaces greatly in need of overhaul and renewal. He identifies the most acute issues and is not afraid to make decisive and creative recommendations when it comes to pointing out the things that need replacement in a cost effective manner. He also deftly handled some permitting and occupancy issues with the county permitting and inspection machine. A good honest human being.

Total development was great to work with. They finished our basement for us! Including adding an extra bedroom, adding a 3/4 bathroom, a wet bar, and entertainment area. From concrete floor and walls to a beautifully finished basement for entertaining and hanging out. Couldn’t speak higher of the quality of construction. From original design/quote, my wife and I changed a lot of things, and without notice, Bob and his team were able to change and adapt to our plans without hesitation. With all the horror stories you hear and read about getting work done on your house I was dreading looking for someone to do the number of things I needed done. Bob and Total Development made all that concern go away.

Bob was very accommodating, responsive, on time, and did great work.

We started with having him replace our roof. We had a couple places where the sheeting had rotted out and the shingles were in need of replacing in the next year or so anyway. He got us a general estimate, then discussed with us our options and what he recommended, got back to us with a reasonable quote, did the work, cleaned up the yard, and overall did a fantastic job. We had a couple other places where the sheeting needed repaired and only added a small amount to the quote after the fact.

We were very happy with his work and are using him for the interior work we need done as well.

The repairman was on-time, courteous, professional and cleaned up the job spotlessly. I had Bob and his team do some drywall repair, painting, and also replace some ceiling lights in my family room.. They did an outstanding job and were able to get all of my work completed within 2 weeks on short notice. Not only was the work great, but they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Bob and TDC are great. The first project they handled for me was a large one with them tearing down my old garage/driveway, before building a new garage, extending my old patio, pouring a new driveway/slab, and repainting my home. The work was all quality and Bob's suggestions were always spot on when deciding on the details of the garage. Best part is that of any contractor I have worked with, Bob is by far the easiest to get a hold of and the quickest to respond. Eventually brought them back for some electrical work and to reroof my home, and, once again, everything turned out great. Easy recomendation.
