Toombs Masonry LLP

Toombs Masonry was a NO CAll NO SHOW! Using the application Thumbtack, I placed a request for a service estimate to fix a problem with my crawl space. Brandon immediately reached out to me (via phone call, reply message via Thumbtack app and text), and appointment made for Friday, 8/13. However, on 8/13, he/his company was a no-call no-show. I took time off from work, waiting the entire day. At 5:19pm, on 8/13, I followed up via text, inquiring about the missed appointment, to which there was no response. Further, Toombs Masonry removed their listing from Thumbtack, leaving no ability to reach them using that platform. The lack of regard for a potential customer's time is disappointing. Even if they chose to pass on the job or providing an estimate, a simple call would have sufficed. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend this company.

Brandon Toombs and his crew replaced two chimneys for me. Brandon kept in contact with me frequently, explaining every step, was considerate, timely, thorough, and very professional. If I need more brick work in the future, he has my business for sure!

Brandon came out to give me an estimate on my fireplace damper repair. After checking out the problem he showed me the root cause and the simple fix that I could do myself. He would not take any money for his diagnosis. Very honest and helpful! I would definitely use Toombs Masonry again.

Brandon was great to work with. He (they) completely rebuilt my chimney and did an excellent job. He kept in contact through the entire process and went way beyond what I would have expected to make sure things were done right. He did all this while coming in under other bids I received. I had two contractors out doing work on my roof the next week and they both commented on the quality of the brick work done on my chimney. I would highly recommend him.

Very fair on price and he handles everything in a professional manner. He showed integrity and grrat work ethic. I couldnt be happier with work they done and under the time frame he said it would take. I recommend him
