I bought a F350 from Timberland. From the start, the communication was great and not high pressure. I got a great deal on exactly the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend talking with Timberland when you need a vehicle. We drove from Tallahassee ,and it was well worth the drive!

Worst parts department ever. Gave the guy parts number I found, CV boot kits for an F150 Tremor. I asked he confirm they are right. He took the last 8 digits of my VIN and completed the order. I got them a few days later and they were not the correct parts. When I called he immediately said it’s my fault and he’s not taking them back. I need my truck fixed ASAP and was more concerned figuring out why they were wrong and getting the right parts. He said I’m not playing your games and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager since I obviously wasn’t getting anywhere with this guy. Got the manager’s voicemail and left a message about what happened. No one has called me back. This place is very unprofessional and ripped me off. How can you refuse to return parts?

These are honest people! I despise buying vehicles! I'd rather have my teeth pulled with pliers. I recently bought a truck from Lee Roy Driver and I can say, it was a very smooth experience. Everyone I met was great to work with. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't want or need to gain back-end profit. They were very honest and upfront about everything. They won't budge much, if any, on price. However, the price was right from the start, in comparison to other dealerships. They came out of the gate with the lowest they could accept and I respect that. After the deal was done Leeroy handed me about $400 worth of additional accessories for the truck. He didn't have to do that! Thanks Lee Roy, Mark, and Brett for the great experience. It may be 8 or 9 years, but when I get ready to buy another one, I'll come see you.

Bought a vehicle in cash. 6 months later had issues with transmission. Transmission was supposed to be under warranty got the runaround from Tim the service department manager. Who is an absolute idiot and shouldn't be doing the job. The service department tried to flush and fill my transmission with Lucas instead of putting a torque converter in it like was originally told I needed. Had to turn around and take my truck back to them a second time for them to put a torque converter in it. Was told my truck was fine and good to go the day before hurricane Helene. Picked it up drove it 500 mi only to find out that I'm pretty sure they purposely drained all the oil out of my truck. There were no signs of an oil leak and I had done the oil change a few weeks before the issue had come up. So miraculously six and a half quarts of oil disappeared out of my truck during a transmission service. They said and I quote oh "They didn't do that and that's not our problem. That I should bring it back up for them to look at it again." Even though now it's a paperweight in my front yard because of what they did. Do not do business with or take your vehicles to this place. I'm pretty sure it's not the owners fault as he was fairly helpful with trying to get my transmission issue resolved as it was under warranty. But I don't think he has control of his service department and I 100% from the bottom of my heart believe that what happened was done on purpose to my truck.

Don't schedule online!
I'm giving a 3 right now. It says schedule service online, so I did that and never had a confirmation. I called to make sure before driving 45 minutes just for her to tell me they don't receive service request scheduled online.
She didn't sound happy when I called to inquire about my appointment for service. If you read in the photo attached, it states you'll be contacted by a customer service specialist.
They left my windows down, keys in the ignition, and had my truck parked outside. I used to smoke and now that I've quit, you could smell the cigarette smoke in my truck. Everyone has the right to smoke or vape, I'd prefer it not be near my vehicle because I never smoked in my vehicles. Especially since I have kids and a grandson who ride in my truck.
I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me in the service department all to be given the run around about the ticket and parts and still it keeps saying my truck has a recall that they said they fixed. I've never had an issue with a Ford dealership until this one.

The first red flag was how rude the guy was when I called, once I get there he told me to go wait in an office but didnt call nobody to assist me. I was there for an oil change, in about 10-12 minutes I was good to go. As I was driving back I got sceptical, once I got home I pop the hood then notice they broke the dip stick, they charge me for 7qts but the oil level is at add. I'm not sure if they changed the oil filter, I put zip ties on the front engine splash shiled and they are still there.

I took my 2009 F-150 Lariat to Tallahassee Ford for repair a few weeks ago. Besides attempting to charge me $530 to change the spark plugs, they wanted to charge $85.00 for a cabin air filter (the 2009 Lariat does not have a cabin air filter). The total estimate for all the work needed (ABS, broken door handle, etc.) was over $4600.00. Rather than have a fork stuck in me, I contacted Timberland Ford and drove from Tallahassee to Perry. I met with Brett the owner, and Tim the service manager. In two days, the F-150 was repaired at a cost that was less than $2800.00 (including a drive belt installed at no charge). Timberland Ford is one of these rare businesses that allows you to talk directly with the owner regarding any work you need done. If you have a question, you get a straight answer. The dealership is first rate. Forget having a Ford repaired in Tallahassee. It is more than worth the time to drive to Perry and get repairs done the correct way at a more than fair price.
