We hired Thomas Contracting to install new vinyl siding on our home. We give him a down payment. Then Covid! Supply chain issues during the pandemic led to the job being completed nearly a year later than expected. We where ok with the supply chain issues but he would never communicate, we called serval times with no response. Finally we get the new siding up. Siding looks great. Month or two later I noticed a couple spots of the soffit was not put back in place. I called him, no response. Recently, 6 months after the installation, a windstorm blew 3 long pieces of siding off the house. We have called Thomas Contracting three times to get help with a resolution, they have not responded to three messages left on their business phone. My recommendations, if you decide to have this person work on your home, double check all the work before they leave your property and pray to God you have no problems with it.

TCS gave me a fair price to install vinyl siding and gutters on my home. The work looks very nice and Matt was very professional. About 6 months later 2 strip of siding came loose. I contacted Matt and they came right out and fixed the spots. In June one of the strips came loose again and I contacted Matt again and he said he would send someone in s couple weeks. That was 4 months ago and I cannot get anyone to reply to my email and texts. I even sent a letter. I understand being busy and I was in no big rush but it’s going into winter now and it’s upsetting that they refuse to contact me and let me know what’s happening. I have recommended them several time but I’m not sure I can in the future.

Thomas Contracting Services LLC was 1 of 5 different companies we had bid to put new siding on our 1977 built home on the Spokane's south hill. They were very quick to both respond and show up to provide a proposal to do the work we needed. Joel was knowledgeable on what their company's services could provide for us and gave good recommendations on garage doors that we needed as well. They under promised and over produced. Even with the Covid industry wide challenges they still exceeded your expectations. I highly recommend this company from the office staff to the owner and the installers all top notch!

The guys at Thomas Contracting Services LLC were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. They quoted me a fair price on new VINYL SIDING and RAIN GUTTERS, answered all my questions and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. The most important thing is the job was done very well, looks great and completed in the time they estimated. I could not be more pleased

As a result of the January 13th windstorm in Spokane, The steel siding on the front of my house suffered some very minor damage. While I did not lose any siding, several layers were left unattached and most likely would have blown off on the next windy day. This was a very small job that did not take long to fix, but, it was in such a spot I could not get to it myself. I contacted several other companies and none bothered to come out and give me an estimate most likely because the job was so small. This is where Thomas Contracting and Michelle came to my rescue. Much to my surprise, she assured me Thomas Contracting would take on the small job and get it fixed for me as fast as we could arrange a date and time. Today, (thanks to Michelle and Joel Williamson) the siding on my house has been reattached and secured. The price was VERY REASONABLE.
I've seen some of the projects that Thomas Contracting have completed on their website and it was a complete surprise to me that they also take on a small job like mine. I could not recommend a better company to do business with, they are one of the best.

Thomas Contracting did a great job -- they replaced the gutters and recommended a couple additional downspouts compared with what was there before. So they have the know-how to do it right. They made one small mistake and compensated for it.

Last fall I received a quote on our rain gutters, I chose Thomas Contracting this year because they offered me the best price and did quality work. Our new rain gutters were installed in September which to keep in mind we have a large house and three porches. The guys were awesome, respectful, no damage or mess at our home after the project was completed. Michelle is awesome to work with she handles billing! We have had some rain and the gutters are working great.

Man if I could rate their services higher than 5 stars I would. I've been looking for someone to replace my tile work for quite awhile but when I saw TCS I had to pull the trigger. They are super fast, pretty affordable for the amazing work done, and super nice people. Id recommend anyone that needs services done to their house to do it through Thomas Contracting Services!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They did my gutters and siding on my house for my remodel and I could not be happier with the results. They were professional and reasonably priced! I have had my fair share of bad contractors in the past but these guys are amazing! I recommend them to all of my family/friends who need work done on their homes.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
