Rafael fixed two sections of vinyl siding at our house, he did an immaculate job and completed in under a day. No doubt in my mind we will call him again in the future!

We needed an old access panel removed and siding replaced on our house. Rafael was one of the only contractors in the area willing to work on aluminum siding in the area. It’s not an easy material to work with, but Rafael and his crew persisted until the results looked great. He was extremely communicative and honest throughout the process, I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks again!

I needed to repair damage to siding caused by the prior owner installing air conditioners through the wall of the house. I had been holding off because I thought it was going to be very expensive. I contacted Rafael, he came out right away for an estimate, which was very reasonable, and then said the work could be done the very next day. The next day they came out and by the evening the new siding was on. Rafael was extremely communicative. He was considerate of my time, money and helped me save undamaged trim, saving me money instead of suggesting I replace pieces I didn't need too. He even installed a vent cover for me. I'm really happy with their work!!

With a recent wind storm, we lost siding off the side of our house. It was difficult to get quotes for the repairs and because our house has old aluminum siding, we couldn’t find anyone willing to help us procure new siding. Rafael came out the same day we contacted him to look. He offered us options and within 2 days, him and his team began the work. The quote we were given on day one was exactly what we paid. They gave us different options to help us with our budget while also adding a more modern touch to our aged siding. The amount of care and detail that Rafael and his team took was very comforting and he was very honest and transparent with us about possible obstacles. In one week we went from not knowing what we were going to do to having a beautiful modern touch to our house.

I had my house professionally resided and painted about two years ago. I needed many new dryer vents installed through the exterior walls and siding. Rafael and his team showed up. We had great communication and they took their time and did a great job, checking in with me every step of the way. I will definitely use his services again in the future and recommend him to friends and family. These are good people.

Rafael and the crew were great!!! The whole process from start to finish went flawlessly. He also started much sooner than I anticipated. I had them reside the sides and back of the house. I had the front painted to match. You can't go wrong with Rafael. He was considerate and was honest about what needed to be done. Isidoro, his lead, came back and did touch-ups if needed and reinstall downspouts. The down spouts in the corner are being replaced with rain chains, that's why they in the corner lol. Windows were encased with trim , new vents....it's a whole new house. Thank You Rafael.

5 Stars to The Siding Contractors LLC! Rafael was the man I have been looking for to do my house. He did the whole house vinyl siding replacement. I found that most siding contractors are way overpriced and will give you a high bid to make a killing. Rafael came in at the low to medium price end and he was worth every penny. Best of all Rafael is easy to work with and he communicates with you throughout the entire process.
The overall quality of workmanship was excellent with no problems. Even the city inspector was highly impressed. I found that most contractors say they can do vinyl but actually have never done a vinyl siding job. However, not only does Rafael know vinyl but his crew knows how to install the product perfectly. Rafael also recommended a better underlayment which was the Raindrop 3D which is far better than the standard Tyvek house wrap. He also insulated my exterior walls with R-Tech 1/2" foam. Everything was nicely caulked up and cleaned up.

Rafael came to give me a quote for siding. He was on time, friendly and above all honest. He told me he didn’t think I needed new siding and that the quote I previously received for painting was a better deal than he could offer. Very refreshing to have a contractor not trying to upsell me.

Rafael is excellent, and I couldn’t recommend him more. We needed to replace a large section of cedar siding on our 160+ year old home. He was incredibly responsive and provided a fair estimate. Within a couple of weeks, the job was complete, and everything looked great. This dude is fantastic at what he does.

They did a great job. I thought I needed the whole house re-sided but Rafael gave me a solution to just replace the bad areas and save a lot $. It looks great!

Rafael is incredible, he replaced the siding and windows on my house. I am so so happy with how detailed he is and how professional the job has been done. Communication was fantastic and he was very punctual. Everything looks so nice, he went above and beyond what he had to. This is the first time I've had to have somebody do work on my house and I was so so happy with him and his workers. As soon as I can I will have him do some more work for me . He deserves a higher score than five.

We are refurbishing a house and we needing old cedar siding replaced. We have been dealing with a lot of contractors and response time has generally been slow and availability limited. Raphael responded to my call almost immediately. He gave me a written estimate within 24 hours and the job was completed within a week from when I first contacted him.
Raphael listened carefully to my request and understood what I wanted. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. Communication was very timely. Most importantly, the finished product was great!
