The Roof Ninja

We just got our roof done. They were amazing to work with. They got whole house done in 3 days! I had to have everything brought to bare bones and then they made sure that everything was up to code and I feel went above and beyond what they had to do. It is a rare occasion where I actually want to refer them to close family and friends.

Great experience and roof looks awesome! Levi was very cool, and easy to work with. Roof ninja was the first company I called, but wife wanted a couple estimates before we pulled the trigger. After a horrible experience and attempted hard sell by DaBella - for twice the price RN quoted (stay away from those guys - they’re awful!) I called Levi back and set a date, a few weeks from the call. They knocked it out in 3 days (it’s a lot of roof), cleaned up well and our roof looks great. No hidden fees, no up sell and no shady gimmicks (like DaBella tried to pull). The price was the price I was given on day one, and they got it done when they said they would - what more could you ask for!?!

They sent a crew out to fix my roof it looks great they where great also explained everything got a call from them and the leak probelm will be fixed

Pros: The company responded quickly to my request for a bid, both in gauging the work that needed to be done and sending a bid shortly thereafter. The workers that they sent were hard working and, outside meal breaks, were constantly working on the project.

The price bid was about what I was receiving for the same work from other contractors. They did spot something else that needed to be fixed during the work, which ended up costing me an extra $750.

Cons: After I had signed the contract, they did not initiate any contact with me. After the first week, I called and was told that I would be put on the schedule sometime in the next two weeks. Two weeks later, I had to call again to see when they would come up to do the work. I was provided a couple of tentative dates. Two days later, they showed up without informing me that they were showing up.

Despite my being impressed with the workers, one of them did urinate in my backyard, close to the fence with my neighbor. If they had simply asked to use my bathroom, I would have been happy to accommodate them.

Overall: I would give them 3 - 4 stars. They really need to work on their communication skills and their workers need better etiquette.

I am very happy with the outcome of the project. There was a miscommunication on the venting I required. I wanted ridge venting and they started install with turtle vents (the cheaper option) I stopped work and got the business owner on the phone. They corrected the issue and I am very happy with the outcome.

Ninja roofing was timely, they worked hard, and did everything I wanted/needed done. I don't give 5 stars hardly ever...but felt they deserved it. :)

Great final product! Only took two days for the install. Very responsive. There were a couple delays due to shipping of the shingles but they were very professional with rescheduling. They also took out an old swamp cooler free of charge with the roof install.

We had two roofs redone in Pocatello with Ninja, and Justin was great to work with. He quickly provided an estimate on-site, and his customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend Ninja for your roofing needs and would suggest giving them a call before deciding to go with another roofing company.

The crew for the Roof Ninja worked well and did a good job. On time, cleaned up after themselves. Completed the job quickly and professionally. I would recommend The Roof Ninja to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

Unbelievably fast with high quality! LESS than a day and a half to remove the two existing layers of shingles and install new ones. Owners are great! Highly recommend!!!

Our trailer had more leaks than a pasta strainer, some large, some small. Justin, Levi and their team did an amazing job even though it was very cold and seems like always snowing. We got a nice, no snow day, and by supper the roof was done. Great Job!!!!

We used Roof Ninja to put new Malarkey brand shingles on our roof and they did an excellent job. Justin and crew are knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and friendly. I very happy with the job they did and the price was reasonable.

Out of all the companies that I have contacted this one was by far the most professional and fairly priced. They also showed genuine concern and were willing to help in any way possible to get my roof done, which included working with the insurance company to get it covered. After everything was done they got our full roof done quickly and with no complications or leaks. Definitely recommend them as your roof provider.

My first experience with Ninja Roofing was doing a commercial building with 10,000 feet. They gave me a fair bid and did quality work. I was so impressed that I called them back to do another roof on another property I owned. I was refered Ninja Roofing from my partner who had him do his building first. A good reference is always the best way to find good help. I would recommend Ninja Roofing to you.

These guys did an amazing job on our home. We called 4 roofers and they were the only ones to give a reasonable price and actually answered when we called. They finished our roof in a timely manner and we’re personal threw the whole process.
