It has been nearly one year since we had our new roof and gutters installed. Kingdom Builders did a great job. Meeting all of our expectations. They were quick to respond to a question we had about our new vents. They were right about the gutter guard also. Allen has not had to clean the gutters once in a year. we heard about Kingdom from a close friend. Who was happy with the work they had done for him. I recommend them highly!

The Kingdom Builders did an amazing job on my house roof 2 years ago. So when I became aware of a church in North Mpls that had a leaking flat roof section, my first thought was to contact them to see if they could help. Tim Oberg and the team gave us a discounted quote and did a great job repairing the roof. They are great to work with and I have recommended them to all my friends!

We called Kingdom Builders to have a roof inspection after a hailstorm. Matt came out and checked it out and he said it was in good shape. It is refreshing to find a company that really tries to live out their faith in the work that they do. Everyone I had contact with at The Kingdom Builders seemed to truly care not only their work but also their customers. They did a fine job replacing our roof and gutters after damaging hail.

We recently had our 25+ year old roof and gutters replaced by Kingdom Builders and could not be happier with the company and service! Great job looks great after a total tear off of 2 layers of siding,roof,redeck roof and replace. Fixing a leak we have had for years on a flat roof part. Great job no leaks anymore. Niagara Falls does not compare to the way my gutters leaked during a torrential downpour. I heard about the Kingdom Builders through their radio ads and my neighbor had them install his roof and is very happy with their work. They installed the gutters in one day, they cleaned up very well, were very courteous and the gutters look and perform GREAT! I highly recommend them for gutters and any exterior home project!

We had extensive hail damage to our roof and The Kingdom Builders replaced the entire roof including the sheathing. The team arrived at 8:00 AM and did a very professional job. They also did a thorough clean up and were finished by 5:00 PM. John B dealt with the insurance company and was a pleasure to work with, as was the entire team. I don’t leave reviews typically but these guys definitely deserve some praise. I was a difficult customer with a high fairly steep roof. I can go up on roofs but I’ve never been up on mine. They worked with my insurance company for me and never saw the payout. They submitted the claim and then gave me an estimate. The roof looks great and I’m very appreciative of them tackling the project and doing it so well. Highly recommend these guys.

We worked with Tim from Kingdom Builders for a roof replacement. He worked with our insurance company and we replaced it with class 4 shingles. The crew was great, fast and efficient. They did a fantastic job!

We hired Kingdoms Builders to complete a total refresh of our house’s exterior including a new roof, all new siding, trim wraps, an entry door and five windows. The experience was extremely satisfying, the people were a pleasure to work with, and the final look of the house is very appealing. They listened to our needs and wants, offered practical solutions, did what they said they would do and delivered excellence.

The Kingdom Builders did outstanding work installing our roof, a complete tear off with new decking. Derek, our sales and contact guy, was outstanding! He was a great listener totally focused on our concerns and expectations.
We requested special care around the dormer flashing, as there were some issues on the previous roof. This was complicated by the existing aluminum siding, a dangerously steep pitch, and having to coordinate with a chimney rebuilder before they could
proceed. Derek, Isaac and their team came up with a solid plan and executed it well.

The Kingdom Builders did a very professional job repairing our church after a storm. They were diligent to give us everything we needed to complete the project and were thorough with every detail.

I had some last minute, unexpected problems with fixing up the exterior of my house. I had extensive dry rot under my stucco. Kingdom builders helped me to come up with a plan to repair my whole exterior with quality siding and roofing. We switched to LP siding because I wanted durability and maintenance free everything. The workmanship was excellent, and as problems or unforeseen items came up, they worked with me to get things done to my satisfaction. They are trustworthy and very capable of handling major projects in a timely and efficient manner. All of the workers were friendly and proficient at their trade. Their overall price for the extent of my project was very reasonable. I highly recommend using them for your project!

You are not going to find a better roofer than Kingdom Builders! I had 31 people look at my roof and tell me that the job was either too hard, too expensive or not worth the effort. But Kingdom Builders found a way! They completed the job quicker, better and cheaper than should have been reasonably possible. But what makes them such a great company is that they are absolutely wonderful people with a mission to bring the LORD glory. They are also fun. If you need a roofer, hire them! If you don't need a roofer, you should at least bring them donuts or something. They deserve it.

I sent an email to Scott Sundblad from Kingdom Builders, and he was at my home less than 16 hours later. He went up onto my roof to assess my problem, gave me a thorough assessment, and fixed what he believed was causing the leak.
If you want great service with integrity, I highly recommend giving him a call or sending him an email. I will definitely use him again when needed!

After waiting several days for a roofing company to respond to my call on my weather damaged roof, I decided to call The Kingdom Builders for help. Matt and Chris responded quickly with a phone call and scheduled to come out and take a look. They performed a thorough assessment of the damage and the infrastructure of the roof, provided information on technical details and code requirements for the repair. They also corresponded with my insurance company to ensure proper coverage was provided.
Their friendly roofing crew arrived at 7 am on the day of the repair and were finished by 11:30 am. The work quality was as good as I have ever seen for shingle appearance, roof cap, flashing around the chimneys and drip edge installation. Of course, after the roofing work, they cleaned up everything and handled complete disposal of the old roof and put my patio furniture back in place.
I recommend working with The Kingdom Builders for roof work and will give them a call the next time I need an exterior contractor.

I had Kingdom Builders out 4 years ago to inspect my 22 year old roof. They said I wasn't ready yet. I appreciated their honesty. Four years and too many storm chasers later I knew it was time. They gave me a fair quote (I was paying out of pocket), and everything went as scheduled, even though I had some additional work done. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I will use them for any future roofing work and would highly recommend them.

The Kingdom Builders were great. They were responsive, thorough, friendly, good on follow up and the wrap up details. This included the communication with the insurance company and our city for the final inspection.

They covered up my kitchen exhaust fan roof vent along with my bathroom fan exhaust roof vent. Luckily I climbed up on the roof and noticed it so they had to rip some shingles off back down to the vents to install them. They skipped installing half of the new stove jack flashing boots. Besides messing up on those few major things they were very friendly and very nice. Everything was eventually resolved.

I used Kingdom builders for a new roof, soffits and facia. From the start my contact, Tim Oberg, was excellent. Every aspect of my projects was given the utmost attention and consideration. I met several of the guys during the projects and EVERY ONE of them was kind and answered all of my questions with a smile. It was such a relief to know that I could trust this company to care for every detail. Absolutely recommend KB!!

Kingdom Builders was the only company that actually responded and gave us a quote to replace the roof and 3 skylights on our double wide manufactured home. They did an excellent job and answered all our questions. Great cleanup. After the crew left we only found one roofing nail on the ground. Will definately use again when we need new siding and windows.

I love this local roofer; very straight and honest. Always does things right, nothing shoddy here. Stand behind all their work and the price is very very fair. Do not go with the storm chasing roofers with free inspection offers from pickups from Texas; you will regret not using a local long time roofer that has a local phone number and will be around years from now.

The Kingdom Builders, specifically Matt Gens, were amazing to work with. Matt made multiple trips to Willmar to make sure the details were correct for our re-roofing and gutter install due to storm damage. The crew even came in the early, early morning hours of the moring, in a thunderstorm, to make sure our roof was not leaking, in the midst of the project.

We got hit with a tornado Memorial Day 2022, Kingdom was a referral and were very responsive. We had a few hiccups due to insurance, the mortgage and crew availability; but we got it done. House roof, gutters, and 2 large barns. Tim A was the best. Overall good experience.sometimes replies are slow but they always reply. I was a nervous wreck and they put up with me beautifully! Lol. Highly recommend. They stick thru everything with you no matter what. If there is an issue they fix it, or help you resolve it. See the attached before and after pictures.

Kingdom Builders is far and away the most capable and reliable team we’ve ever worked with - and we have many decades between us ;) After having a pipe burst in our basement, they completed the renovation on time and under budget. A few years later, when we decided to renovate our entire main floor, we called Kingdom Builders again. HUGE job - redesign the layout, extensive cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, windows, move the front door and out with the old gigantic stone fireplace and new one relocated. We actually threw out the architect’s plan and went with Kingdom Builder’s ideas instead. Saved us a ton and a much more attractive design. What a joy these guys are. They did most work with their own dedicated team, no work stoppages or scheduling issues, and the sub-contracted work was with GREAT little companies that they knew well and were also reliable. So many have nightmare contractor stories. Ours was a fantastic experience. We lived downstairs while the work was going on so we really got a feel for these guys and their work ethic. Truly honest, decent and talented bunch. They also made changes in our roof and repaired rotted soffits. If I could give them 1000 stars, it wouldn’t be enough.

KB hooked us up with a radon abatement system and did the work very professionally, on schedule, on budget, and with minimal disruption of our home. We have engaged them for a roofing project, and another radon removal system at anoter property and have been very satisfied with the work and our relationship.
We will call them again for sure.

These guys are the ones you want to use! They made my life much easier after our roof was damaged in a storm. Scott our sales guy was on time, respectful, professional, and a great guy to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and even a few I hadn’t thought of. The roofing crew was fast and efficient. From tearing off the old, installation of the new, and clean up they were done in a day. Also in the 4 weeks since they were here I have only found a single nail they missed during clean up! Matt Gens from Kingdom Builders is TOP NOTCH. He's full of integrity, and will go out of his way to look out for you. They repaired our bathroom wall which had some water damage, and repainted the room using a primer coat plus 2 coats of regular paint.
They used high quality Sherwin Williams paint.

We needed a contractor last minute on a Saturday morning to inspect an attic condensation issue on a house we were under contract to purchase. Tim from Kingdom Builders installed my mom's roof and she all but insisted we have him come out and take a look; I'm so grateful she did. Professional, available, on time, and went above and beyond what we expected for a free estimate. Spent over 30 minutes talking us through an issue he told us he would likely contract out and not even profit from, not to mention the time he spent diagnosing the problem. Great job. Good pre eval and suggestions. Communication to us needs to be improved. Sometimes left hanging as to the install plan and final pricing. I'd use these guys in a heart beat but they need to improve timely and promised communication to the customer.

I used Lowes for a gutter install and they contracted with The Kingdom Builders. They installed gutters around my flat roof garage in the Fall of 2019. The gutters look great and have a nice color match to gutters already on the house. Seamless gutters are really nice.
They came back out in October 2020 to adjust one of the gutters as it was installed too tight to my security light, which broke, and I was trying to replace.
Nice people to work with and these gutters should keep for years to come.

I had the Kingdom Builders install a new flat roof with new gutters. They also installed gutter covers on my whole house. The workmanship is excellent. They showed up on time and didn't damage any plants in and around the work site. My wife works hard all summer planting and maintaining the flowers so we really appreciate their effort. I really trust these guys to do a great job.

They did what they said and did it for the cost they quoted. Plus they were lovely to work with. They did a small job for me in the years past. I sprung a leak and needed a whole new roof. A tricky situation since I have both shingle and 2 rubber roofs. The gutters were very old, 42 years plus, so changed those out too. Everything worked out great and looks great too. Have already recommended them to friends and family. My sister was happy with her project too.

The Kingdom Builders were prompt, fast and did quality work. From the start Matt was great to work with. He came out right away for an estimate, got it back to me quickly, answered all my questions, and was able to get my job scheduled withing 2 weeks. The crew that came out was fast and did really good work, they found some short cuts that had been taken by past re-modelers, discussed them with me, and then repaired them. I am so happy with the finished product. I originally chose to work with The Kingdom Builders because of their Christian values. And while they did not try and push their beliefs on me, once I told Matt I was a Christian too he was more than happy to pray for me and my family. Class act all the way around. God Bless!

These are the best roofers in the business. I have a rental property and have put on roofs myself. They know exactly what they are doing, will address any concerns you may have, and they are just good people to know. If you have to get roof work done, get in touch with them, they are the only roofing contractors you will need.

We have had the fella's at Kingdom Builders out for a couple of small projects, and they have always been great. They show up when they say they will, do quality work, and are fairly priced. Really not a lot more you could ask for in a contractor.

But wait....there's more. They are friendly and ethical. I love that they are unashamedly Christian.
