EXCELLENT! I could not have been happier. I've dealt with contractors before, and the experience can be a nightmare... NOT with The Home Improvement Service Company. Every step went smoothly, and was completed almost instantly. My experience was completely stress free. They are so easy to work with and extremely friendly people. I will definitely work with them again, whether it's insurance related or not. AWESOME COMPANY.

We had a bad storm and a tree fell on my house and put a nice hole in my roof. My insurance company called The Home Improvement Service Company to patch the hole. They came the next day and used plywood, phelt, and plastic to cover the hole. We had a few rainstorms but no leaks. They were friendly and worked careful and clean.

Mr. Dean was punctual and efficient. He fixed our flashing and boot exactly like he proposed. We have not had a leak since. I highly recommend this company and I will contact them for all our roofing issues!

Jimmie Dean and The Home Improvement Service Company were excellent to deal with when our roof incurred tornado and storm damage this April 2024. They were very responsive in emergency-patching our roof and in providing estimates for and communicating with insurance. They were very professional and communicated extremely well with us all along the way. From our experience, it very evident why they are preferred contractors and have an A+ rating with the BBB!

I had a great experience working with Jimmie and his team. He was quick and responsive. He came out to tarp my roof while I worked with my insurance company and he was very patient as I worked through things with them. He also priced out a couple different options for me to make sure I was comfortable with the out of pocket cost. Highly recommend.

Were recommended through my insurance company when a storm blew off 2 of my shingles. Showed up on time, inspected my roof for any more damage, which there wasn’t, and got the repair done quickly. Would recommend.

Edit: Wanted to mention Jimmie is who came out, and was great to work with. Very professional.

They replaced the flashing on my stone chimney. This is a task that many roofing companies will not tackle. Dean did a fantastic job on the flashing and showed true craftsmanship in doing this difficult project. My garage is now dry when it rains. I would definitely recommend this company.
