Extremely kind to me and my small family. Helped my pregnant wife with EVERYTHING, she didn’t lift a finger. My pets are extremely hyper and they were great with them. My neighbors in my building were giving them a hard time for using the elevator and they kept composure and got the job done ! They’re great !

I left a message for The Extra Hand Professional Services requesting an estimate and was literally contacted back by Gonzalo within one minute. He was extremely polite and professional, and after requesting some photos and some additional information, promptly provided me with a reasonable and fair estimate. Gonzalo was very accommodating and flexible when offering and setting up my appointment.

Prior to their arrival for my appointment, Gonzalo reached out to notify me they were on the way.

Upon their arrival, which was on time, Gonzalo, Zane and the rest of the crew were were all very professional and friendly. They completed the job as agreed upon and to my complete satisfaction.

Bottom line is that I am entirely satisfied with their work and equally satisfied and impressed with their professionalism, conduct, performance and high level of top notch customer service . I will absolutely recommend their services to all my friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and you, and will no doubt be using their services again in the future any chance I get.

I found this service on a Nextdoor site advertising Christmas light installation. I called the number and was immediately connected to the owner. I sent a photo of my home, he quoted a price (comparable), and was ready to schedule the same day install! I wasn’t quite ready, so we scheduled for the next day. They texted their arrival time, and the moment they got here, they went right to work. In less than an hour, our lights were installed; they even replaced burned out lights. We, as the owner, had the bulbs and hooks already in place; we “aged out” from getting on the roof. These two guys were very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service, and I will definitely use them again. Apparently, their specialty is a moving business. I would absolutely use them for that

Great service from Zane and others at this company. They responded quickly and worked efficiently to assemble and disassemble some furniture. Very professional.

Couldn’t recommend them more! They were prompt with responses when I was looking for a quote, gave me the best price I could find, and moved our stuff quickly and efficiently, and were really friendly as well! They even had to remove our door but made sure everything was put back in place with no damage at all. A+ 10/10 service.
